Hotel had roaches both baby and adults was not issued a refund make sure you check the room before paying for anything there

The room had plenty of space for our family and the beds were really comfy. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue. There were some insects in the bathroom/kitchen, the shelves holding the dishes were layered with dust, and another guest’s socks had been left in a drawer. A bit more attention to detail would go a long way in making a more comfortable stay
The pool was small, but just fine for the kids. Breakfast had lots of options and was good overall. Location worked well for us - easy access to the city.

Wonderful spot near Children's Hospital. Loved the room and everything included. Will be staying here anytime we go to St. Louis. This is also close to the Zoo and Science Center. The staff was phenomenal!

Over all it was great! Very small issue regarding cleaniness was the ice bucket had trash in it. I washed it, so no real biggie. It would have been nice for the continental breakfast to include standalone meats, instead of just sausage muffins or chibatta bread with cheese. I do recommend.

We had an amazing stay! Property is very calm and quiet. Staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Entire property was SO clean and well kept. We will definitely stay here again when in the area

We stay here at least once a year and are never disappointed. Clean with awesome staff. Has a great shuttle that we use to go to Barnes hospital. They are very accommodating and we love it for whether we are going to the hospital or a game. Would suggest for any occasion.

We came to the room with the feeling that the room was not ready or clean enough. No shampoo, no shower gel,or extra pillows. Even the pull up sofa blanket were open and looked used. When we used the shower the dirt came off, the sink has dirt too! Lot of noise in the hallways and at 1 AM a vacume was cleaning above us for more than 30 min. And when we called the front desk it did not help. The street noise also was a plus too. Other than that the building is new, furnture are in very good shape. Pull up sofa is juat ok. Might give them anothe chance if the price was much lower than the hundred seventy!

I appreciated the courteous staff, but there were often too few in the customer area - and sometimes several hanging out in a visible office area while multiple people were waiting for service. The property seems dated with stains on the carpets, dresser drawers that won’t stay closed, and an overall musty smell. Also, finding clothes from a previous guest in the bathroom vanity did not start our stay on the best footing.

Roaches! The room looked pretty clean when we checked in. But when I got up at 2am to use the restroom and get a drink, I saw roaches scurry when I turned on the light. I was not able to get back to sleep. I noticed the breakfast bar was in need of some deep cleaning, and the women's restroom in the lobby was in dire need of cleaning that morning as well. The kids did enjoy the pool. The hotel appears to be very pet friendly. Lots of people going in and out for smoke breaks. It was a Monday night, so it was fairly quiet, though busy. The front desk staff were polite, maybe a little brusque at times, but it didn't bother me.
