Courtyard St. Louis Downtown/Convention Center

This was a great place to stay. Value for money, the location was good, and the staff were helpful.

Staff members were super. Excellent room in this centrally located historic hotel. Only snag is the bed was a bit too soft for me

The day before I called to confirm my reservation. Was told by the staff I had none. So I was able to book another reservation for the next day. Upon arrival I was asked which reservation was I using. I said the one I made last night. The young lady said I already had another one. Explained that I was told the prior evening I had none and had to make another reservation. She said she was sorry. So I booked and confirmed one extra reservation needlessly with no offer to explain how it happened or an offer of compensation. Not happy about it. Very disappointing

Room was just okay! The booking showed Breakfast Included, but was never provided. The hotel asked to buy breakfast separately. Parking is not included in the booking and very expensive.

Our room ran out of shampoo and body soap, I asked for more in the morning, but never received it. I asked the front desk around 4pm and no one ever came. No follow through was disappointing. Pillows were not comfortable, but bed was fine. Room overall was clean. Service was friendly at the front desk. Ordered food at the onsite restaurant, the staff was not friendly. Food was not good and overpriced.
