Reason for the deducted points is that our toilet would barely flush, and our room was located next to the surrounding outdoor bars. Unfortunately, no sleep was possible due to the lack of soundproofing. Because we stayed less than 24 hours, these were not issues we felt worth mentioning to the staff at the time. However, given the issues we experienced and the money spent—especially considering we checked in around 3 p.m. and checked out before 7 a.m.—the price for one night is definitely not worth the cost.

Hotel is in Cardinal nation and right across a small street from the stadium. The hotel was clean and inviting. Room was spacious, comfy beds and clean. Bathroom was nice. No pool but exercise room faces the stadium. We didn't eat breakfast there as the prices were really high.

Everything was perfect exept for the parking not connecting with the hotel. But the rest of the experience was awesome!

All the staff were very friendly, expedient, and professional. Especially Ellis in the restaurant and the valet team. The food, however, is ridiculously overpriced and really poor quality. A family of 3 getting coffee, pancakes, precooked bacon, breakfast croissant, and an egg dish for $120 plus tax and tip. I'm sorry that's a little crazy. The room and the bathroom is extremely cramped. There are NO racks or tables for guests to put their suitcases on. So your whole stay you are reaching into your bags laying on the floor as well as walking around them or stepping over them. Pictures on ******* show a glass door shower. We had a disgusting shower curtain. One of our towels had a faded brown streak running through it. Our "City View" was of a parking garage. Plus it seems like guys in those little Honda Civics really enjoy drag racing downtown so there are traffic noises all night. You can hear the voices of everyone walking down the hall. If you're two dudes wanting to walk back and forth from the stadium, this place would be great. If you're a family wanting a downtown stay, maybe look somewhere else

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint was the downstairs bar. We attended after an event; the bar was full but there was plenty of seating in the area. Unfortunately, we never got waited on nor did several other guests that were sitting nearby. Besides the bar area everything else was very clean and the staff was professional. I would recommend this hotel in the future, and we would stay at this hotel again.

Great location to baseball, the Arch, River, etc. Easy access and can pay for valet or self park in the garage attached to the building. No breakfast included but lots of restaurants nearby. Very clean room and comfortable beds. Music in outside courtyard was heard well from the room, but ended at 11pm.

Awesome location, super clean, excellent staff! Will be back for our next stay in St Louis!

Great hotel and accommodating to pets. Very friendly staff.

Rooms are clean but small. A rollaway is an extra $25.
