Nonsmoking room had a stench of stale cigarette smoke. Water damage on the ceiling from a previous leak. Not as nice as it was a few years ago.

Non smoking room had very heavy smoke smell
We checked in at 9 pm. Lobby was beautiful and smelt clean. Front desk was friendly. We stayed in room 637 and the room was right off elevator and stunk heavily of smoke and it was a non smoking room. Called front desk and they did nothing. They said they could come spray the room. Was very disappointed about this. They also said smoking rooms were on the eighth and up floors so we should not be smelling this.

Room was not the cleanest but was large and pretty nice, at first sight. There was a second sink, which was good to have outside the bathroom. The downstairs bar was never opened so we asked a staff member about it and she said it had been closed for months. We extended our stay for one extra night and, because we booked on *******, the manager at the front desk said we’d have to check out by 11am, on the original day, and check right back in. I’ve extended many trips and have never been told I had to do this. So we went down after midnight on the original check out day and the man at the front was very helpful and got us taken care of. Very weird and inconvenient circumstance, though.
