The floors were dirty, after getting out of the shower, which had little to no water pressure, walking to the bed to get dressed my feet were "filthy"! The fire alarm was going off in the middle of the night for no apparent reason.

There is very dirty and not safe conditions (the stairs cement are break pieces and the door aren’t good enough to lock also no ice machines, I get into no fire alarm in my room so they give me discounts prices

I reserved a room 12 hours before my stay. When I arrived to check in, I was told there's no availability, and the staff basically just shrugged and said "sorry, not our fault. We can't help you" and I was forced to find another hotel in the area at midnight during a 26 hour road trip. My card was charged for the night's stay and I'm traveling on limited funds.

I found roaches in my room when i was leaving, i had an allergic reaction & had to pay MORE money to see a dr & get medicines for the reaction THEN i called to speak with a manager multiple times & every time "they arent in" & they will call me back. I would like for SOMEONE to call me back at some point.

I will say the reviews made it sound much worse than what it was, however it was still bad .. the air unit kept making loud banging noises, the duct tape holding a part of the hotel ceiling up or whatever looked tacky, there was a crack in the floor way between the bathroom and bedroom and it was like staples or nails sticking up i don’t know, but it hurt my kids and myself quite a few times until I finally put a towel over it and rolled it up to keep it from Hurting our feet. There was mold all in the bathroom ceiling. I don’t ever leave reviews what so ever … good or bad. But this hotel needs some work. Definitely not worth the money I paid.

The bedroom smelled really bad, the bedsheets were dirty and everything was falling apart. Bonus, there was cockroaches. It is sad that the owner don't give a little of pride to his business.

Very poor management skills and rude employees. Tried to discuss the issue of the room to get a refund but they have refused to talk to me about said issue. Please whatever you do, DONT stay at this hotel.
