The Kulm never disappoints. We just spent another great week in St Moritz at the Kulm. Great service, gorgeous hotel and a concierge staff that takes great care of everyone (shout out to Paolo!) We look forward to returning in six months when the snow flies!

Our stay at the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, everything was flawless: the service was warm, attentive and highly professional; the team outstanding; the food excellent; the room beautiful; and the overall atmosphere one of genuine luxury. What made the experience truly special was the personal touch. Despite a very busy schedule, the General Manager took the time to sit with us and enjoy a glass of wine, which we deeply appreciated. That level of authenticity and hospitality is rare and speaks volumes about the culture of the hotel. A truly first-class experience in every sense. We very much look forward to returning and can recommend the Kulm Hotel without hesitation.
