Hotel Nolda

The front desk and breakfast service were excellent, but the room cleanliness deserves zero points, practically a negative score. A terrible review is warranted – countless hairs were found on the sheets and pillowcases, making it almost impossible for us to sleep. We've never encountered such a disgusting hotel. We had to endure a sleepless night wearing our own clothes… We suspect the hotel didn't even change the sheets after the previous guest left! Hopefully, similar incidents won't happen again!

Considering the price, the room, bathroom, and sink area were cramped and difficult to move around in. They also forgot to change the towels, and I had to go back to the front desk to ask again, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, although slippers were supposed to be provided, they weren't there, so I had to ask the front desk to bring them. It's a shame, because the explanations and guidance during check-in were excellent.

The reception staff, the room, dinner, and breakfast were all wonderful. The only thing that bothered me was that the red cloth from Hotel Norda, which is shown in the room photos on every booking site, wasn't on the bed, which was a little disappointing. Also, I think it's because I'm Japanese, but I was surprised that there was no door on the shower.

The shower room is a little small, but I was able to stay there without any inconvenience. It is a little far from the station, but it is close to the bus stop.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very kind!

The front desk and restaurant staff provided excellent service! Every communication was patient and considerate. The breakfast was rich in variety, and the most touching thing was that the staff personally served freshly ground Italian coffee one cup at a time☕️

Beautiful accommodation, next to the river, great feeling.
