"The welcome was excellent, the location is very convenient right next to the metro, the neighborhood and the nearby flea market are lovely, and Paris is easily accessible by metro. There's no air conditioning, but there are fans, and they clearly care about making sure everything runs smoothly for their guests."

"If I were 20 years younger I would totally dig this. Uber cool design hotel, a hidden secret in an up-and-coming and grungy (almost dangerous) part of town. Alas, visiting as a family, this property was out of the way from most attractions. The killer designer features also killed me with a thousand cuts with their lack of functionality. No matter how one tries, the room was always never bright enough. Certainly not great news for middle-aged presbyopia. The designer tap is so architecturally perfect in its proportions, so much so the kettle will never fill to a respectable volume because of the angle it has to be held at. The sumptuous rugs greatly complemented the warm wooden floors, except that they also tripped the hell out of anyone who kicks over a corner. The numerous switches were some of the most original I’ve ever laid eyes on, but Mr Starck forgot about a master switch to turn them all on at once. And the bathroom deserves an honorable mention. I slipped and hit against the walls adorned with atmospheric red clay tiles, incurring a cut in the process. On the plus side, they have some of the coolest hotel work uniforms I have ever seen, and the nutcracker contraptions laid out in the lobby offered some mindless respite when the coolness got too much to bear."

"This new Hampton was a pleasant surprise. I only chose this hotel due to the very high prices in the Hilton properties I usually stay at in the Paris area. While this part of the Ile de France is not especially interesting, there are a variety of restaurants and shops near the hotel, and you are literally two minutes from the Metro and RER. Being new, the hotel is in excellent condition, and everything seemed to work. The rooms are small, more like what you find at a Tru by Hilton in the US, but certainly fine for a short stay. Had an early flight, so I couldn't enjoy the breakfast. The fitness center is small with minimal equipment--one treadmill, one bicycle, and a variety of weights, but clean and modern. I had a short and enjoyable stay at this property."

"The eco-conscious approach is great. It feels like home. But why so many cameras? The staff is friendly and we can wander around the common areas at our leisure. The breakfast is very good. The proximity to the flea market is great for strolling around the neighborhood."

"Check in process take more than 20 minutes, tax is 4.50 euro per person which much higher than statad in Trip.com. The first room issue wrongly, we book for triple room but was given a double room. After we show the printed voucher then only the staf agree to change to triple room. He say the price we pay actually is for double room. Room are big and clean and comfortable."

"My friend and I had a weekend trip to Paris planned. Since we had both visited the city several times before, we were looking for more of a neighborhood experience and started searching for a hotel near the Saint-Ouen flea market—the only activity we’d actually planned. We stumbled upon the restaurant at Le Charmant first (thanks to its glowing reviews), and then discovered they had recently opened guest rooms on the upper floors of this impeccably restored mansion. We felt so lucky to have found it—it was exactly what we were hoping for on this trip. The owners, Anne and Sélim, have done such an impressive job restoring this former family home in Saint-Ouen. For Paris—or any major city—the rooms are incredibly spacious, and having such a delightful restaurant right downstairs was a real treat. Over the course of two dinners, Chef Romain made sure we didn’t miss any of his favorite dishes (and we were not disappointed)! A lovely bonus is the large garden and event space out back. (Sadly, we missed the afternoon BBQ during our stay as we were out exploring.) Despite its peaceful setting on a quiet street, the property is just a short walk from the M13 and M14 metro lines and the RER C, making it easy to reach most of Paris’s major sights within 15 to 30 minutes. Anne and Sélim, thank you for such a beautiful stay. I truly hope to return again soon!"

"Good hotel, nice rooms, a lovely large bathroom, and a comfortable bed. Very clean, supermarket across the street, as is the Marie Saint Ouen metro station."

"There is no cleaning in the middle, you need to change it yourself. If you stay for a few days, please contact us to book in sections. Bottled water is not refilled, and the water boiler is very dirty. I didn't use it anyway. There is free wireless, and it is a ten-minute walk from the subway station. Breakfast is OK, maybe it's expensive in France."
