Best Western Plus Centre

Fantastic stay, exceeded expectations! I had read many reviews mentioning that the hotel was old and outdated, but after checking in, I found that the facilities are actually quite new and fully functional. A few major highlights that deserve a special shoutout: 1. Super-sized mirrors! In addition to the bathroom mirror, there's one in the entryway perfect for OOTD checks, and another by the window ideal for makeup. No wonder everyone in Russia looks like a fashion blogger! 2. Two complimentary bottles of water provided daily—one distilled water and one sparkling water. 3. A mini-fridge. 4. An amazing location! The subway, buses, and train stations are all within walking distance, making it super convenient whether you're hanging out on Nevsky Prospect or heading to other attractions!

Excellent hotel, fantastic location, and the view from the window is simply breathtaking!!! The staff is very attentive, and housekeeping is done daily!!!

Everything was great except for the hairdryer. It only worked sometimes and only blew hot air, which is really bad for your hair.

The hotel is right across from the train station! Super convenient for transportation. It's just a five-minute walk from when you get off the train. No need to worry about getting lost. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of menu options to choose from. The room was spacious.

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Sapasan, it has a very convenient location and no noise from Nevsky Prospekt thanks to good soundproof windows. The rooms are spacious, and there's a minibar with reasonable prices. A bathrobe, slippers, and all disposable amenities are provided. If anything is missing, the reception can promptly assist. The entrance area and staircase are very pleasant to the eye. I constantly want to return to this hotel.
