The best hotel in St. Petersburg! Modern, clean, and great service. There's even a ladies' gym in the common area with mats and a large mirror! A huge thank you to the receptionist Maria! She was so attentive and thoughtful.

Excellent accommodation option within walking distance of the city center. Everything is new and well-equipped. There's a large co-working area downstairs, a food court, and several restaurants in the building, plus a gym. You really don't need to leave the complex at all.

Everything was great, and the view from the room was excellent too. The location is convenient, with everything nearby.

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff! The area around the reception is very atmospheric, with many cool art objects, an excellent food court, and various activities like yoga classes. The metro is also conveniently located nearby, at Ligovsky Prospekt station.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the BTS Skytrain. There are several supermarkets nearby, and a food court downstairs with a wide variety of food. As for the room, it's fully equipped with amenities including kitchenware, a microwave, and a washing machine. Housekeeping is available upon request. During our stay, we had an issue where we couldn't open the washing machine door. We informed reception and the problem was resolved quickly; a technician arrived at our room within 10 minutes, even though it was early in the morning (7:00 AM). All the staff are lovely, attentive, and provide excellent service. They can also speak English. For example, when we asked for the breakfast room, a male hotel staff member personally walked us to our destination. Overall, we were very impressed.

Pleasant hotel in the center of St. Petersburg. The hotel positions itself more as a youth hangout. Breakfast is à la carte. Half an hour before breakfast ended, the coffee ran out and wasn't refilled even upon request. Rooms opposite the entrance face east. In summer, from 5 AM, the room is flooded with light, making it difficult to sleep. The curtains don't help solve the problem. If you choose a room with a queen-size bed, it's actually two single beds pushed together, which immediately separate. An additional mattress topper doesn't fix the issue. Keep this in mind when choosing a room.

Excellent location - it's about a 15-20 minute walk to the center from either side of Nevsky Prospect. The apartment itself is fresh: the furniture, plumbing, everything is of good quality. The lobby and the building itself are splendid, as is the inner courtyard.

I didn't like this hotel at all, especially for the price. It was really bad. The dishes were dirty; whatever you do, don't use them. For the huge number of rooms, there are only three elevators, and you always have to wait a long time for them, and they arrive full every time. Don't even think about using the stairs, they're blocked. We stayed for 5 nights and the room was only cleaned once, and even then, it was mediocre. They didn't change our bedsheets or wash the floors.

Okay, I'll start with what I liked: • The room had a great view. • The ladies at the front desk were very polite and checked us in quickly. • It was an entire studio, which was convenient. But here are the downsides: • The cleanliness – I was shocked. I decided to use the forks provided in the room for breakfast. When I wiped them with a napkin, they were all greasy, and if you looked closely between the tines, you could see remnants of someone else's food. It was disgusting. • The uncomfortable sofa. We had a studio with a sofa, and it was very difficult to sleep on because it was sunken in the middle. Every morning my back hurt after sleeping on it, and I'm only 22! • The stairwells were blocked. Firstly, this is unsafe – in case of a fire, where do I go if these doors are jammed (like our room door, by the way, it took us about 30 tries each time to get into our room)? Secondly, it's inconvenient, as we lived on the 6th floor and our friends were on the 5th, so we couldn't easily visit each other. And that's pretty much it.
