A very pleasant surprise was the early settlement: although I arrived at about nine o'clock in the morning, my room was already ready and I was immediately set. The hotel is located on a quiet street in a walk of access from all sights. Excellent staff, kindly and in time to answer all questions. Booked a room by phone, sent confirmation. Considered and fulfilled all wishes! There is a small closed parking, a car seat has been reserved. Elevator. A beautiful cozy room, quite quiet - sleep with open window, very clean, daily changed bedding, capsule coffee machine, teapot, drinking water, non-alcoholic drinks and candy are included in the cost of the room. In the bathroom too everything is perfect - brushes-pasta, urine, coats, slippers - everything you need and even more ... Very recommend breakfast! Это место настоящий оазис спокойствия и европейской утонченности в Северной столице. Я знаю эту гостиницу давно, еще когда на первом курсе института проходила там практику, теперь я приезжаю сюда в качестве гостя, и могу с уверенностью сказать, что высокие стандарты обслуживания, уважение к своей истории, теплое отношение к гостям - это то, что остается неизменным в этом замечательном месте. За прошедший год мы останавливались в Европе не менее 3 раз в самые памятные для нас даты - на нашу свадьбу, день рождения мужа, годовщину свадьбы и мой день рождения. Каждый раз мы чувствовали себя максимально комфортно и соответственно уровню гостиницы. 3 раза бронировали террасу и один раз делбкс с видом на площадь Искусств. В чем их принципиальное отличие? Делюкс больше - сама комната и ванная, в отличной от других номеров цветовой гамме - беж и зеленый, гарантирован вид на площадь. Больше особых отличий не заметила. Окно открывается полностью, оно достаточно большое, чтобы полюбоваться видом и сделать красивые фото. Терраса - все номера находятся на 5 этаже и выходят либо на Площадь Искусств, либо на Михайловскую улицу. И хотя со всех сторон открывается красота города, нам достался вид на площадь только один раз, в день нашей свадьбы, сколько раз мы не делали примечания к бронированию, что будем благодарны за номер на эту сторону, к сожалению, больше жить именно с этим видом не довелось) Сам номер меньше делюкса, выдержанный в бежевых или розовых тонах. Ощущается некоторая нехватка пространства и ”воздуха”, но которая с лихвой окупается французскими окнами в пол и возможностью завтракать/обедать и ужинать с панорамным видом на город. Наполнение номера, как шкатулочка - разные бокалы, чашечки, приборы, шикарный набор открыток, ручки, карандашики, блокнотики, хороший фен, все для химчистки. Меню подушек для лббой головы и шеи, которые всегда можно попросить у бэкофиса. Фумигатор!) Есть кофемашина, и чайный набор (отдельный респект за вкуснейший чай ”Althaus”), которые всегда можно пополнить по запросу. Минибар за доп.плату, но выбор широкий - от вкусных сладких и соленых снеков до элитного алкоголя. В ванной комнате широкий выбор косметики неплохой фирмы Elemis, везти что-то с собой нет необходимости - шампуни, кондиционеры, молочко для тела, шетки, расчески, бритвенные наборы, даже соль для ванны. Уборка производится два раза в день: утром и вечером, когда номер готовят ”ко сну”, оставляя шоколадные медальки и пожелания на день. Наборы в ванной пополняются после каждой уборки. Внимание персонала видишь на каждом шагу - от встречи на входе, даже не на входе, а на подъезде к гостиницы, когда к тебе сразу подходят, чтобы открыть дверь и помочь с багажом, до баночки меда и поздравдений с памятными датами на каждой твоем шагу в гостинице. Завтраки - отдельная тема. Мы их ждем каждый раз чуть ли не больше, чем самого проживания в Европе) таких вкусных яиц голландез мы не ели ни на одном из завтраков ни в одном из отелей. I have stayed at this hotel for 17 days and honestly God it's an amazing one for the price and the quality we paid for. Centrally located on a quite Vostanya street. The room 328 was amazing and the amentias are top. Breakfast is very good with a variety of everything from coffee to Eclairs. Workers were soo friendly and helpful anywhere; Biggest kudos go to the cleaning ladies who do such an amazing job with a smile on their face. Highly recommending if you are looking for hotels in St Petersburg. Thank you so much Akyan and looking forward to seeing you in the future.

Ванная с волосами на стене от прежних жильцов, в номере 2 бутылки воды по 0,33 в пластмассе и приходится реально выпрашивать дополнительную воду, до Рецепшин из номера дозвониться невозможно, ни от кого невозможно добиться утюга и губок для ухода за обувью. На рецепшин утром, вечером и ночью нет ни одного сотрудника. Пришлось ждать 5 минут, чтобы кто-то появится в холле из персонала. На весь холл первого этажа раздается смех (вернее, ржать) персонала, который должен быть на рецепшин круглосуточно. Портье видели только 1 раз, который стоял внутри за стеклянной дверью, двери он не открывал и не помогал войти с чемоданами. Проживали 6-8 января 2023г

No complaints and claims to the hotel and staff. Resided in room 209 - ”Small room with two beds.” Clean, clean, good furniture, small refrigerator, TV with limited number of channels (entertainment), fresh bedding, decent plumbing, in a set of bathing coats, towels and sanitary facilities. It was delighted with the presence of a teapot and cups with dishes. The window went out into the interior courtyard. Прилетели мы в Санкт-Петербург в 11 часов, пока добрались до отеля было около часа, девочки на ресепшене очень быстро нас зарегистрировали и сразу же заселили в номер чему мы были несказанно рады. Номер нам достался 223, чистенький, уютненький, в номере чайная станция, вода, которую приносили каждый день, убирали номер тоже каждый день. Хочу подметить, персонал отеля очень внимательный, при заселении в номер на кровати лежало письмо с шоколадками, каждый вечер небольшие записочки с пожеланием ”доброй ночи” и что больше всего приятно удивило, у ребёнка 14 апреля было день рождение, при заселении я об этом не упоминала, когда вернулись с прогулки, на кровати обнаружили письмо и небольшой подарочек-сувенирчик (набор шоколадок)... Завтраки сытные и вкусные, кофе-волшебный... Хочу выразить огромную благодарность всем сотрудникам ”Гранд отеля Чайковский”, сказать большое спасибо за внимание и чуткое отношение.

Английская атмосфера, созданная за счёт аутентичных вещей и картин всё же не скрывает минусы: - пластиковые душевые кабины и фено-аппараты, прибитые к стене - пыль на абажурах, зеркалах - подтёки и ржавчина в уборной - текстиль, который больше напоминает не Англию, а что-то, что долго хранилось в бабушкином сундуке - холодильник очень сильно морозит продукты, а если уменьшать температуру, то сразу начинает течь - ”уставшая” мебель
