Из плюсов - прекрасное расположение, в пределах 10-ти минут ходьбы центр города и Невский проспект. Но... Мерзопакостный сервис и отношение к клиентам. Сначала не могли найти нашу бронь, пока разбирались мы мокли под ноябрьским питерским дождём. Потом предложили заселиться в другое место в районе Московского вокзала. После часа скандала, наконец-то заселили. Но всё продолжилось. С нас потребовали залог путём перечисления на карту частного лица 2 000 р. У нас был оплачен завтрак, так эту информацию нашли тоже после длительных разбирательств. Завтрак принесли не тот, что заказывали. И, самое главное, ЗАЛОГ НЕ ВЕРНУЛИ. Когда я потребовал его назад, ЧЕРЕЗ 10 ЧАСОВ!!! меня обвинили в том, что я курил в номере, в доказательство привели фотографию какого-то окурка. Даже и не знаю, что теперь делать, напоминаю, что залог вносился на карту частного лица. В общем, решайте сами - оно вам надо?
