Our room was spacious and clean. The fitness area was very well equipped, also spacious with a nice view. Location of the hotel was right downtown, very convenient to many attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed the included breakfast buffet, especially the coffee which was very hot! Our housekeeper was very thorough and friendly. I would definitely stay at the Hyatt next time I am in St. Petersburg.

The breakfast was not up to Hyatt standards. Everything seemed old as though it had been cooked the night before. I was surprised we had to ask for toiletries that are usually in the bathroom. The room was large and clean and the staff helpful, especially Mariana.

Convenient location, walking distance to most tourist attractions. Good breakfast and friendly staff.
Bed is too soft and very small closets.

The location of the hotel is the reason we picked it but the service and cleanliness was even better. Marina at the front desk was an absolute pleasure. She told us exactly where to go, switched out our sheets and pillows because of my feather allergy. She went above and beyond and made our stay a million times better, all done with a smile!

The customer service was superior. Location fantastic. The only thing we didn’t like was no fresh air due to no balcony or no window in room. My mom needed fresh air so for anyone with respiratory issues, I would not recommend this hotel, but other than that the hotel and experience was wonderful.

I was disappointed with the room. I thought we would have a better view . The furnishings are very European and very cold.
It is an excellent location and the staff were all very helpful and friendly.

I had a very good stay here for 5 nights. Everything was very good! The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Marina at the front desk. Very walkable location to many waterfront places and downtown. The breakfast was also great!

Nice location and clean but there is an extra $20 fee to park a car overnight during the stay. Most other hotels that I've stayed at include parking for at least one vehicle, but not at this place.
