Vista Verde West unit 219 Grouper Grotto is a comfortably furnished Condo in St Pete Beach. The accommodations are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Brand new Hurricane windows and slider makes for an exceptionaly quiet and comfy space. The beautiful Florida shutters keep the sun out until you want to let it in. Being situated on the top floor also means no overhead footsteps to disturb you. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach tent canopies, and assorted beach toys are available. The condo is ideally located on Isla Del Sol, the barrier island set between St. Petersburg and all its many pleasures to the East and miles of glorious white sand in the "Sunset Capitol of Florida" St. Pete Beach to the West. You have the best of everything within reach!
There is 7 night stay minimum stay required at Vista Verde West 219. The moment you walk through the front door of your condo and see the exceptional accommodations, you’ll realize a week will pass by quickly. You’ll have time to play on the beach, try some tasty Grouper, take a dolphin-watching tour, visit the Salvador Dali museum, take in a Grapefruit League game or have fun shopping and exploring Treasure Island & John's Pass. There’s also great golf close by along with your resort’s own beautiful swimming pool and in-ground hot tub. Tampa/St Pete is a popular vacation destination with exciting attractions like Busch Gardens and Zoo Tampa to professional sports venues for MLB, NFL, NHL to IndyCar's Grand Prix of St Petersburg.
The great room features vaulted ceiling and hurricane rated sliding glass doors that lead out to your private deck overlooking the pristine resort landscape and lake. It’s nice to enjoy an evening cocktail or morning cup of coffee out on this peaceful deck discussing your plans for the day or the memories you’re making.
Your great room itself is outfitted with a comfortable couch and armchair rocker/recliner all positioned to give a good view of the 55" flat-screen TV with an extensive cable line up and HDMI connections for your streaming devices. You also have free Wi-Fi.
Everything in Vista Verde West 219 is about easy vacation living. It’s a condo where you can relax and enjoy yourself. The home is an ideal getaway for two couples or a family who want to get the most out of the St. Pete Beach area.
You have many restaurant choices. However, if you want to cook in the townhome, you have a wonderful, large kitchen outfitted with quality appliances, expansive granite counters and even a quiet breakfast nook with windows overlooking the grounds. You’ll find high quality cookware and serving ware you need to whip up your favorite recipes.
You can serve your group around the dining room table for six. This elegant setting with a unique wood table and comfortable chairs makes any meal seem special.
As an added convenience, Vista Verde West 219 has its own washer and dryer with complimentary starter allergy free detergent. No need to trudge out to a Laundromat. You can toss in a load of clothes and get on with your day of fun – no slowing down for laundry duty!
Your master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a King Bed with new Hybrid Mattress and a ceiling fan circulating the air-conditioned air. You also have a dresser with a 42" TV on top and dual nightstands with built in power and USB connections and reading lamps. You’ll sleep well in this comfortable room.
Your master bathroom is outfitted with a shower/tub combination and large vanity with dual sinks. There’s plenty of storage beneath the sinks for all your toiletries.
Guests traveling with you will be pleased with their bedroom as well. They’ll find a Queen bed with new memory foam mattress, private 42" TV, dresser, and nightstand with reading lamp. Best of all, guests have their own bathroom with shower and vanity with a large mirror. It is such a welcome convenience to have a bathroom for each bedroom.

This place is amazing! It had everything we needed and more. Most places just have the basics, well not this one. The condo had so much room and didn’t feel crowded like some. This is our fourth year coming to the area but first time staying here and it won’t be the last. The area was perfect and exactly where we wanted to be!

St. Pete Beach
We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful condo in St. Pete Beach. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, bright, and welcoming the space was. The condo was thoughtfully decorated, well-stocked with everything we needed (from kitchen essentials to beach towels), and had a cozy, relaxed vibe that made it easy to settle in.The location was absolutely perfect—easy drive to the beach, restaurants and shops.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear check-in instructions and answered all my questions quickly.Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a fun beach adventure, this condo is the perfect home base. I can’t recommend it enough and am already looking forward to booking another stay!

Florida Getaway

Beautiful in everyway
The condo was comfortable, view was awesome, area is beautiful. There are great walking paths, the pool was close and well maintained. The furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes. Best condo we have ever stayed in. Will stay there again in the future. Owners were very easy to communicate with.
