Clean and comfortable in a family friendly neighborhood
Our host was very helpful and kind. The house is small but well appointed and very clean. This is a great location, halfway between downtown and Gulf beaches.

Just What We Needed
This home was the perfect place for us after our home was damaged by a hurricane. It was warm, welcoming, and just what we needed. The home was clean, well furnished, and the kitchen had everything necessary to make it feel like home. Our host was so kind and considerate during our stay. Nice neighborhood, nice home, and nice host!

Nice home in St Petersburg
We enjoyed this spotless two bedroom house. Location was central for all of our adventures. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Host quickly responded to our inquiries.

Awesome stay
Property is in the perfect location. It is centrally located in St. Petersburg so that you can easily get to downtown, the beaches or Gulfport. 10/15 minute drive to any of those locations. The house was as described and the owner is on site some of the time and responds immediately to any questions or concerns. We spent 6 weeks there and would definitely go back.

Quiet neighborhood.
Great location. We love the area. Mark was very accommodating. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Safe neighborhood for morning walks. Sam’s club down the road, Walgreens, Publix. Other shopping close by.
