Perfect location in St Petersburg, close to Nevsky Prospect and the Hermitage etc. Staff were very helpful but they don’t provide a hotel registration unless you stay for a week, this will be an issue for most foreigners and travellers. Our room was good but small but the location makes up for this. The street the hotel is on has many bars and restaurants and it was good value. If you don’t need a registration, it’s a very good option.

After I suggested that I change my number, they found a room for me for 1000 rubles. The room was better than the previous one, also with its shortcomings, the air conditioner worked, but did not turn off🤦 the masters were called, the air conditioner was turned off, lived in this room, stopped responding to all the disgusting nuances. Linen and towels were changed on demand, the garbage was not taken out of the room every day either. It’s not worth it for 4500, and on the May holidays I was told at the reception that the room would cost 6400 I do not recommend the hotel.

Супер место. Центр города. 10 минут пешком и ты у Эрмитажа. Рядом столовые. В номере убирают каждый день. Полотенца. Фен. Холодильник. Тв. Все это есть в номере. На этаже куллер с горячей и холодной водой.

Номер небольшой. В номере не предоставляют ничего- ни тапочки, ни зубную щётку, пасту, станок. За питьевой водой можно сходить к кулеру, который стоит на этаже. Расположение хорошее, обслуживания нет

Отель в целом понравился. Расположение очень удачное (в центре, близко ко многим достопримечательностям). Это самый главный плюс, т.к. ездили именно для знакомства с горлом, прогулок и экскурсий.
Номер был маленьким, но удобным. Был телевизор, холодильника не было (это минус). Брали номер без питаниям, питались самостоятельно.
Убирали и меняли полотенца в номере каждый день.
Заселили очень быстро, чуть раньше запланированного.
Недалеко от гостиницы есть бесплатная стоянка.
Ещё раз остановились бы в этом отеле.

Отель супер. Очень рекомендую . Расположение великолепное , все в шаговой доступности. Особенно хочу отметить персонал данного отеля. Очень ответственные , отзывчивые люди. Все наши вопросы решались быстро, спокойно и оперативно. Номера чистые , убирались каждый день. В следующую поездку своё предпочтение скорее всего отдам снова этому отелю
