The hotel occupies the second floor of a separate two-story building as part of a business center, with a total of 18 rooms. A very quiet and cozy area in the courtyard completely covers the noise from the small and large avenues of the Petrograd side. At the same time, the Sportivnaya metro station is a five-minute walk around the corner.
