This is more like a Hostel, not a hotel. We got a room on the ground floor just by the reception (room no 8) so you almost thought that you were sittning/laying next to the receptionist but with a thin door between us. Its was noice non-stop during the whole evening. The water pipes from the second floor was running trough the ceiling so you could hear when the rest of the guests of the hotel was flushing their toilets or taking a shower. IF you decides to (think ones more) and do not choose any of the rooms on the ground floor (8 and 6). There is so many other nice hotels to choose from so do one more googling

Отдыхали всей семьей на новогодних каникулах и остались под хорошим впечатлением. Гостиница расположена недалеко от центра; номера приятные и чистые; персонал отзывчивый и доброжелательный, особенно спасибо девочкам на администрации. Вообщем все было 10/10

Прекрасный отель, один из любимых. Находится в сомом центре города, а это очень экономит время и силы. Я останавливалась в Елисеевском не один раз. В этот раз приехала с мужем и ребенком. Потрясающая забота со стороны сотрудников. Заранее было обговорено о завтраке в номер - все вовремя. Хочу поблагодарить персонал за наш комфорт, вернёмся обязательно! Всем советую

Очень хороший отель. Уютные номера с хорошим ремонтом, вид на фонтанку , очень чисто и приятный персонал , все очень понравилось , у нас был номер на втором этаже , а после выезда даже бесплатно разрешили оставить вещи

Добрый день. Снимали два номера для себя и друзей на свадьбу. В первый день после возвращения со свадьбы обнаружили, что нет пары сережек с бриллиантами. Серьги украла уборщица. Удивило абсолютно пофигистичное отношение как персонала, так и руководителя гостиницы. Единственное, что сделали это то, что на следующий день нашли свою работницу и заставили вернуть серьги. Ни какого возмещения проживания, скидки также не предоставили. Плюс отель грязный, убираются ужасно. Для молодоженов никакого комплимента. Впечатление ужасное, просто придорожный мотель. Позор!
