The hotel is located in the city center, close to St. Isaac's Cathedral. The location is very good. It is also very close to the Hermitage and has convenient transportation. We stayed one night in St. Petersburg on our way back from Murmansk and I chose the Renaissance because I wanted to use points for what would be an abbreviated stay. I wasn't expecting much, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The check-in process was fine and we were upgraded to a really nice suite. The hotel is quiet and seems to be recently renovated. The fitness center was pretty good, but not all of the equipment worked. With that said, there are a lot of weights - my son was impressed. The staff was friendly, although a bit overworked/understaffed. The location was excellent. The breakfast was outstanding. Fresh omelettes, fish, great baked goods, drinks, etc. I am not much of a breakfast person, but that day I was.

The location is hard to beat - it’s right around the corner from St. Isaac’s cathedral and minutes away from all the main attractions. The room was nice and spacious, great buffet breakfast too. The only thing I did not fully appreciate was the not-so-friendly front desk staff. Nordic freeze or something?

Very unpleasant staff (not warm welcome) at breakfast. All the food doesn’t seem fresh. The fruits are shabbily cut. Lot of canned food We are vegetarian- so even more difficult to find anything good to start yr day. Even juices they don’t have fresh.I am here for 5days and worried what we will eat everyday !!!

Very friendly staff in this great value for money hotel in a central location in St Petersburg. Recommend it if you are visiting. Staff went the extra mile to add the personal touch after they found out I am a Titanium Elite member. Give it a try emergency you are visiting the beautiful city of St Petersburg.

We vacationed with our family in August, stayed for 5 nights, took a family room, everything was excellent, from the location to the staff. The only negative is the mattresses were already sagging and the sound insulation was not very good. Breakfast is excellent, staff is friendly.

Приятно встретили на стойке, пока заселяли предложили выпить шампанское 🥂 Рассказали об отеле и ресторане. У нас был самый обычный номер Делюкс стандарт, были приятно удивлены дизайном номера , было приятно находиться в нем. Вечером сходили на тематический ужин с живой музыкой (саксофон) С утра позавтракали, приятная обстановка. Советую
