The room of our category had everything that was promised and even a little more (towels, a bar, a refrigerator, soap accessories, a hat, a needle and thread, razors, slippers) 4. Hearty and tasty breakfasts. Cafe for 20 seats, small. Breakfast, I think, for all tastes. Porridge, muesli, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruits, hot dishes, cheese, sausage, pastries. 5. Good sound insulation. Couldn't hear who lives in other rooms. 6. The room is cozy. - If you still find fault. We had the wrong check-in dates in the hotel system, although I called the hotel and double-checked the reservation. We booked this hotel through 3 companies. They settled us anyway. Everything is clean, but the top shelves in the closet were not cleaned. In the shower, water accumulated due to the shape of the floor - rubber slippers came in handy. Our battery didn't work, but they brought us a heater. They said it had to do with the central heating. There were blackout curtains, but there were no ordinary ones. But the cons did not affect the overall pleasant impression.

We rested for five days, chose an improved comfort room worth 36,400 rubles, settled us in a small room with a living area of less than 15 sq.m in a double room, there was no wardrobe in the room, a safe place to place shoes, there was a large shabby stain on the wall from fumes from the kettle, on bedspread stains. After contacting the reception, we had to wait for the next day to check into another room, they moved us the next day to another room with a large area, the safe in the room was but it was faulty, bathrobes were provided only when they were asked for during their stay, they were never changed, bed the linen was changed on the 4th day after contacting the reception, the room cleaning included only cleaning the garbage after contacting the reception, they cleaned the room with a vacuum cleaner, but they didn’t wipe the dust, they didn’t wash the plumbing, for all the time only once in the room water was provided, and 8 August, the water ran out even in the lobby, hygiene items were also replenished not daily, from the pluses a comfortable bed, three clean towels, a buffet, the presence of an air conditioner.

I didn’t really want to write a negative review and spoil the reputation of this place, but since the girl at the reception didn’t deign to connect me with their main administrator, I’ll have to write. I found this hotel on Ostrovka after looking at the attached photos of the rooms. According to the photographs, everything suited me: good rooms, and most importantly, an excellent location (literally two minutes from the Moscow railway station). Decided to contact directly and book. My booking was confirmed to me. From June 1 to June 2 (one night). Upon arrival, I found that this "hotel" is located on the second floor, apparently once a residential building. There is also a reception, where I went. We must pay tribute to the fact that the reception is open around the clock, and this was another motive to stay there, since I arrived at the hotel almost at 2 am. They gave me the keys to my room without seeing me out, and they said that after you go out the door, you find yourself on a flight of stairs and there is another door. I went there and got into a narrow corridor, on both sides of which there are rooms. She got to her room. I opened it ... and I was just in shock (to put it mildly). What I saw was completely different from what I saw on Ostrovka, Bukenga and their home site. It turned out that this is not a number, but just a closet! Very small and completely uncomfortable. A bed that takes up the entire space of the room. It can not be bypassed on either side, as it is right next to the walls. The only way to get on the bed is to crawl over it on all fours. Also, the bed rests against the window, to which, accordingly, you can also get through only by climbing over the entire bed. Very small and lame bathtub. A tiny shower room with a curtain, which I simply disdained to go into. Used shampoo lay on the sink (photo below). The floors are dirty! It was just a complete discrepancy between what they have on the site and in life. And I paid 3500 rubles for this number. Without thinking twice and without touching anything in the room, I went to find out what kind of room it was, why I book one thing, but they give me a completely different one, that this does not suit me and I wanted to change it. To which the girl at the reception answered me that all other rooms were already taken and offered me a refund. (Of course, at two in the morning, after a day on the road, in a foreign city, looking for a new hotel is not at all what I dreamed of at that moment). I started showing her the pictures on their website and what they gave me. That they don’t even have anything close to it, to which she answered me: “Why doesn’t your number suit your number? It's the same as the other numbers." Look below at the "identical" (in her opinion) numbers. Further, we began to find out how it happened that they gave me just such a number, although I did not call at the last moment, but two or three weeks before arrival. The girl started asking me who I was talking to at the time of the reservation. Of course, I didn't remember that! Booked and forgot. Her response: "Well, that's not my problem, it's the responsibility of who you booked with.

In general, be careful, they will try to cheat you! In mid-March 2022, my wife and I started planning a vacation in St. Petersburg. We gathered on a trip in late April - early May for 10 days, to walk everywhere, to see everything. Called all the hotels, Biglion and all that. We called everyone we could, we wanted cheap and close to the center ;-D. Among the options, the option in the apartment of the Fabrika hotel, which is on Goncharnaya d. 10, St. Petersburg, from the company Comfort LLC, seemed interesting. Legal address: 191040, St. Petersburg, Ligovsky pr., 73, LitA, office 303 We phoned with them, discussed the dates of arrival and departure, found out the type of room and cost. We found this proposal interesting. The only thing that already embarrassed me then was that there was no such type of room as an apartment and they were not on the site! And for those ordinary rooms that are, the prices are 70 percent higher than the confirmed ones. But it happens in expensive hotels that they quietly offer rooms of a lower category for a special price. We thought that the hotel had scraped the bottom of the bottom for the holiday and put up apartments of a lower category. I want to emphasize that we were offered exactly the APARTMENT in the hotel! For reference: According to the order of the Ministry of Culture of Russia dated December 3, 2012 No. 1488 “On approval of the classification procedure for objects of the tourism industry, including hotels and other accommodation facilities, ski slopes and beaches, carried out by accredited organizations”, an apartment is two or more living rooms (living room /dining room and bedroom (study)), in an accommodation facility (hotel, motel, holiday home, sanatorium, etc.), with a total area of at least 40 sq. m, equipped with everything necessary (appropriate furniture and equipment) for temporary residence. 40 meters is, of course, too much, but we really liked having our own kitchen! In the morning, cook sausages, fry eggs, you know ;-) In general, we called this hotel two more times at the end of March and at the beginning of April. Dialogue: - This is us, who come to you on April 30th. Do you remember about us? - Oh sure! Looking forward to it with all our might! - How did you agree on the price of the apartment? - Absolutely, without a doubt! Come! In St. Petersburg, we were a few days earlier. And I tell my wife, let's go and see what kind of apartment we booked there? Not exactly disgraceful? And, pay attention, on April 29, the day before entry, we are as living in the hotel and ask to show the room! We were shown the usual double room, and no apartment. Well, on the way out, we clarify once again, how did we agree on the price? The girl at the reception turned her gaze to the monitor screen and said with a blue eye, "Yes, of course! Everything was as agreed!" We returned to our room and went to bed peacefully. In the morning we were going to move and there were no signs of trouble. But then at midnight local time, a WhatsAPP message arrives from the number +7 967 570 55 51, with the content "Dear friends, an error occurred while confirming the booking and the new price will be 50% higher"! The hotel is well located - metro, bus, trolley bus at hand. The hotel has fresh modern rooms, stylish interior. The room has a kettle with a set for tea drinking (tea, coffee, sugar, 2 tea pairs), a small refrigerator. The heating radiators are hot - they were in early March and it was quite cold outside, but the room was warm and cozy. The bathroom is very clean and modern, there are enough towels, shower gel, shampoo, shower cap, disposable razor, oral hygiene kit, cotton pads, sticks and even disposable nail files. The room has disposable slippers, a brush for clothes, a sewing kit, wet wipes for shoes and a sponge for shoes. Very comfortable beds - slept well. Booked a room with all inclusive - breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is very tasty. Breakfast is buffet style with enough choice for all tastes. Lunch and dinner on the menu - make an order and they cook for you, the portions are huge. Delicious apple strudel at dinner - that's something! Too bad I didn't get the recipe. Cleaning daily. I recommend the hotel!

I rested with my wife, the rooms have everything you need, take only breakfast from food, there are a lot of good canteens around, the closer the room is to the reception, the better it takes Wi-Fi, it’s 5 minutes walk to the Moscow railway station, it’s convenient, there are grocery stores and a bunch of different cafes around for every taste and budget

Hi all. The next trip to St. Petersburg was supposed to be more than just a business trip. And also smoothly move into a training format. It is for this reason that I responsibly approached the choice of a hotel to stay. In the study area there was a Demuth I knew, but I really wanted something new. More comfortable and, of course, with breakfast. The hotel is located in the very center, on Goncharnaya, and within walking distance from the Moscow railway station and the shopping center "Gallery". It is located on 3 floors of a residential building (2,3,4). The reception is located on the 2nd floor and is open 24/7. Registration was quick and convenient. I received an electronic card, which gives access to the entrance, and to the floor, and to the room. Also, this card in the room is the key to lighting and power supply. A handy thing for moving around the city: minimizes the number of items in your pockets. The room was compact but perfectly organized by furniture arrangement. The large bed is located closer to the window and has space for access from all sides. A working area is organized from it in the form of a fairly narrow table. There are also information booklets on it, and there is a place to place a laptop. On the same table, there was a compact teapot with cups for two persons and a set of tea/coffee/sugar. There is a small refrigerator under the table, and a comfortable chair is attached to the table. The entrance hall is quite spacious: with shelves and a niche for clothes. The bathroom has a large countertop with a sink and accessories. Adjacent to it is a toilet bowl with an installation. Opposite the shower niche of impressive size! Everything is very conveniently planned and implemented. Everything in the room is good and working. Located comfortably. The room was located on the 4th floor. Breakfasts were held on the 2nd floor according to the "buffet" principle. This cafe had access to the street. The cafe is compact but has enough space for 6 seating tables and 2 food tables. Several hot dishes are offered to customers, from fried eggs to steam cutlets. A sufficient selection of sweets, cereals, yoghurts and fillers, as well as pancakes and cottage cheese casserole. Milk, kefir, juices and coffee (coffee machine) were included. Not many tenants came to breakfast, and at the same time a maximum of 3 tables were occupied. Breakfast was delicious and comfortable! The room was quiet at all times of the day. Neither from the side of the street and the window, nor from the neighboring rooms, I did not observe noise all the days, although the occupancy in the hotel was sufficient. The room was cleaned daily. I also want to note that the interior of the corridors and public places is interesting: bricks cleaned and varnished, with paintings on the walls. Accented light on track systems is also used for lighting. An interesting and beautiful solution. I truly enjoyed my stay. In order to repeat and consolidate emotions and sensations, I again, in the coming training days, settle in this hotel.
