Taleon Imperial Hotel is located in a historic mansion in the very heart of St. Petersburg.
Three buildings - on Nevsky Prospekt, the Moika River embankment and Bolshaya Morskaya street - which unite the hotel, belonged to representatives of the Eliseev dynasty till the revolution in 1917. Interior elements of the XIX century have been preserved here along with and the magnificent atmosphere of the mansion.
The main sights of the city are within walking distance. The Palace square and the Hermitage is within a three-minute walk from the hotel, a walk to the Admiralty and the Alexander Garden, St. Isaac's and Kazan Cathedrals, the Savior on Spilled Blood will take from 5 up to 10 minutes.
Each of the 89 rooms meets the world highest standards: personal butler service, 24-hour room service, interactive television, internet and air-conditioning. Each room has an individual design and is furnished with headsets from the best factories in Europe, including antiques.
Restaurant Victoria is located on the 6th floor. The restaurant's summer terrace offers panoramic views of the historic center of St. Petersburg and the dome of the Kazan Cathedral. The menu includes dishes of Russian and European cuisine. Opening hours of the restaurant: Mon Fri: 12a.m. - 11p.m.; Sat Sun, holidays: 12:30a.m. - 11p.m.
Taleon SPA is located on the upper floor of the palace and offers the widest range of facilities for relaxation, rest and refreshment. Guests are provided with everything for the heavenly leisure: twenty meters long swimming pool, salt room, saunas, fitness center and solarium. Professional masseurs are at guests service. Access to the swimming pool, sauna and gym is included in the price. Opening hours of the SPA complex: 08a.m. 10p.m. Access to the SPA complex after 6p.m. is only possible for guests over 14 years old.
For an additional fee, guests can rent the complex Eliseev's Bath with a swimming pool, a Russian steam room, a "hayloft", a font and a hammam.

This hotel people are very unfriendly. They do not help me when I ask them. Th facility is old. Most of all, they do no speak English. It is 5star hotel. I do not understand. I was so dissapointed about this hotel.

Great hotel overall -- great location, quiet, comfortable. I would skip the mediocre and expensive breakfast, for better choices 2-5 min walk distance. St Pite is brilliant!

Для нас это было открытием, такой исторический пятизвёздочный отель в самом центре Питера. Расположенный на Невском, со входом с набережной Мойки, Две минуты до Дворцовой площади. Очень доброжелательный персонал, особое спасибо директору отелю.В отеле все понравилось и ресторан Виктория, и ресторан Атриум, где проходили завтраки, и бассейн расположенный на самом верху и когда лежишь на воде, очень эффектно смотрится запорошенная немного снегом стеклянная Крыша и пролетающие над ней чайки. Обязательно возьмите экскурсию по историческим помещениям домов Елисеевых.

Отель расположен в 3-х зданиях, одно из которых - просто музей! Это особняк купцов Елисеевых! Много антиквариата, Отличные большие номера, огромные ванный отделанные мрамором, хорошее постельные белье халаты и полотенца, удобная огромная кровать с отличными подушками и теплым легким одеялом. Очень теплые номера, несмотря на огромные окна и балкон с выходом на террасу с видом на Невский проспект. Хороший, но не изысканный, завтрак с игристым вином , проходит в Атриуме. Бассейн 22 м. на 6 этаже , теплый, с видом на крыши города! А еще, на 5 этаже есть часовня Св. Николая. Открыта по утрам.

Если Вы хотите получить эстетическое удовольствие, умножить наслаждение от города Санкт-Петербург и погрузиться в историю, отель ‘Taleon Imperial’ придётся Вам по душе. Невероятные интерьеры как в холлах, так и в номерах. Здание пропитано настоящей историей. По главной лестнице ходили Елисеевы, Шостакович, Ахматова, Есенин… безукоризненный сервис, отличные разнообразные завтраки и потрясающий бассейн на крыше, что является уникальным явлением для исторических зданий Петербурга. В лобби и Рестраны играет пианист. Расположение очень удобное. Все знаковые места в пешей доступности. 100% рекомендую

Цена, конечно, завышена, но на одну ночь остановиться в историческом отеле со спа, бассейном и экскурсией - это класс! В ресторане выходите на балкон полюбоваться Казанским Собором., а поужинать можно и более демократично - в ача-чача в соседнем от отеля подьезде ( со стороны Невского).

Отель конечно красивый , но на этом все заканчивается . Сервиса нет от слова «СОВСЕМ» !!! Элементарно стакан воды не смогли дать , что бы запить лекарство . Service room работает с 9 часов утра . Запах затхлости в номерах . Завтрак за 2.000 два яйца . В номерах спать не возможно , сухой воздух , не открывается ни одно окно . Попросили поздний выезд - отказали 🤷♀️. Советуем остановиться в более достойном отеле. Здесь слово Клиентоориентированность ни кто не слышал !!!! Не оправдывает цена - качество !!!!

Очень не понравилось отношение персонала . Зайдя в холл отеля , чтобы осмотреться , женщина с ресепшн сказала нам , что у них дресс код и нам тут не место . При том , что другие гости были одеты также как и мы ( а мы на минуточку я были в юбке и рубашке , а молодой человек в шортах и футболке ) при жаркой погоде . Разве так должны встречать гостей в отеле премиум класса ? Почему в современном мире остались убогое мнение о дресс коде ? Больше сюда не приду и никому не советую . Отвратительное отношение !!!!!!
