The hotel is located in the historical part of Vasilyevsky Island. Not far away from the hotel there are famous architectural ensembles of Vasilyevsky Island Strelka, Universitetskaya embankment, granite embankments of Neva river and other attractions. The hotel is built inside a completely reconstructed block. The main entrance to the hotel is from the 3rd line. The hotel's interiors are made in the style of classical Petersburg with elements of eclecticism. All rooms of the hotel are equipped according to high standards of the Alex Hotel chain and in accordance with the requirements of modern hotel business. The hotel has ventilation and air conditioning systems, widescreen LCD-panels, multicentres, furniture sets, classic curtains, crystal chandeliers, spacious bathrooms equipped with quality sanitary equipment. In the suites and junior suites there are SPA-baths of a new generation with a convenient system of operation. SPA bath zones are highlighted and decorated with original mosaic. Each suite has a designer bed and a furniture set. There is also the only two-room suite with a spacious bedroom and a cozy living room, where besides a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a large round bath-jacuzzi is installed in a separate "grotto". The hotel was refurbished in December 2021. The modern technical equipment of the rooms is successfully combined with the updated classic design of the hotel - comfortable and spacious rooms; wide double beds, made to order.
