The Inn on Third

This is our 8th/9th time staying at The Inn on Third! We love staying here. The owners are very nice and welcoming. The Inn is always clean and our rooms are phenomenal. Every evening, they have social hour for all guests that are staying here. The location is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Will be returning to St. Petersburg and will always select The Inn on Third.

I came to St. Pete this weekend to attend a Comic-Con at the Coliseum and this Inn was right within walking distance and had great reviews, so I decided to book my stay here and I’m so glad I did! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Brian helped me when I first got there and him and his family were so nice, he told me a bunch about the area and was actually interested in why I was in town. Everyone I met took the time to talk to you and make sure your stay was going well, absolutely amazing costumer service! I am autistic and pretty introverted and I was staying here alone this weekend (my dad came with me, but he came along last minute so he had to stay at a different hotel farther away) so I was very nervous about staying at a hotel in a different state alone for the first time. But the friendliness of the staff and just the overall atmosphere made me feel comfortable staying here and I had a really great stay! It’s a very vintage style building which I thought was really cool, and it’s within walking distance of a ton of restaurants/fast food and things to do (the coliseum, pier, museums, parks, etc.). If you’re looking for a nice, quiet and “homey” place to stay for a weekend or longer with great staff, I definitely recommend booking a room here! I plan on attending next years Comic-Con and will definitely be coming back to stay here if I do!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Inn on Third. It is within easy walking distance of Central Avenue and two free trolleys. There is a generous breakfast of juice, coffee, cereal, muffins, hard boiled eggs, yoghurt, and fruit. In the evenings, there is a social hour with wine and beer. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. In the lobby is a cute little sign that says the number of days until Santa arrives. We now have a sign here at home that says the number of days until our next arrival at The Inn on Third. We are looking forward to our next stay there!

Charming and historic building, immaculate rooms, friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend.

The hotel was clean, quiet and close to attractions. No microwave or coffee in room but available in common area.

Pleasantly quaint. I enjoyed the peace and quiet. Inn keepers were helpful with information around the city.

Clean quiet cosy. The bed was comfy. No springing around when the other person moved. Just like goldy locks. Just right
