Not even a welcoming bottle of water. No tea or coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was meager with very few choices. Water for tea in breakfast area was more like lukewarm than hot water. The pillows and mattress in the room were so soft it cannot support your body, you just sank into the bed. It was impossible to program the TV. Weak wifi for guests who are not members. The only good thing about this hotel is its location.

The workers are attentive, rooms are clean, great water pressure. Breakfast is included and free water/tea/coffee throughout the day. Overall we had a great stay here.

The room had no amenities (glasses, coffee pot with essentials, etc.) the registration desk was set up as a game room and snack bar. Our next door neighbor was an angry person yelling only to himself. I contacted our service rep who pronely dealt with him but to no avail, he kept it up. Not because of our irritating neighbor, but because the hotel, for the cost, was incredibly unsatisfactory, I will never stay at a Tru Hilton again!

Location great, amenities great, rooms so not great but not horrible. Breakfast ends at 9 am… way too early in my opinion. The noise through out the night is insane.. cars honking, highway noise, maids early banging stuff.

The room was clean; Daily service was good. There was an outdoor deck on our floor that looked nice but we didn’t get to use due to the weather. The breakfast and coffee were nice, and the common space was nice to have. The location was convenient to a number of good restaurants and breweries, and a great bike rental shop on the Pinellas Trail.

The area was centrally located. The staff was incredibly nice however the rooms could use a deep cleaning. It appeared that the only thing that was cleaned were the bedsheets and the bathroom counters but otherwise untouched.
