Not even a welcoming bottle of water. No tea or coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was meager with very few choices. Water for tea in breakfast area was more like lukewarm than hot water. The pillows and mattress in the room were so soft it cannot support your body, you just sank into the bed. It was impossible to program the TV. Weak wifi for guests who are not members. The only good thing about this hotel is its location.

The workers are attentive, rooms are clean, great water pressure. Breakfast is included and free water/tea/coffee throughout the day. Overall we had a great stay here.

We had such a wonderful stay! The staff was very friendly and always looking to help you out with what you need. The hotel was very clean and it was a great area to stay in. I hope I can make another trip back and book another stay!

3 days of Breakfast Pancakes under done Juices all watered down everyday No maid service at all What would expect for over $300 per night that’s disgraceful if you ask me Also, had I shown up 1 hr later than I did they were going to give my room away because of such a popular weekend. I booked in September 2025, even though I paid you $75 to hold my reservation. We did like all the people who served us during our stay every very friendly group. The area around hotel is great!

Very nice property with a friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable but no parking lot…valet only. Ten minute walk to Tropicana Field if going to a ballgame, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again!

The breakfast was hot and delicious with the staff on hand for any assistance. The room was very clean and well stocked with all the amenities. Everyone from the valet attendant to the cleaning staff was nice to my senior dog which was much appreciated. Will definitely stay there again.

Not what I would normally expect of a Hilton. Seems to be catering to a younger crowd wit few amenities. Parking was a ridiculous $40 for overnight.
