I has cheapest single room, so i say from that perspective. Location is very good. Attractions and convenient shops one-two steps aside. Hotel entrance through the bar on first floor. Bar is pretty cool, good drinks prices, live music at evening. Interior pleasant, guess -Art- part in hotel's name is about it. Room is ...is the room: bed, cupboard, chair, TV. Cons: shared toilet room and shower cabin on floor. Only one. Guess toilet room condition depends from particular visitors, i wasn't lucky with neighbors - it was a mess. TV (if you need it for some reason) have a white noise channels, BUT good stable Wi-Fi signal compensate it. Soundproof: there is no soundproof at all. In room on left side i listen whole quiet conversations, in room on right side, not even snore, but literally how person breathing in sleep. Mostly positive feelings left.
