Front desk staff very friendly. Booked a king room and was given double beds. In order to get the room we booked, we would have been split up with others we were with ( which had king beds too) Disappointed we would be inconvenienced when that's what we originally booked and paid for. We were offered $20 valet fee waived.
Room was dated and very basic. Didn't even have a counter on sink to do hair and get ready or hold a hair brush. Some outlets didn't work.

Older but very clean hotel. Staff polite and helpful. Only downfall was tv small and should be mounted on wall for easy viewing. No where to sit toiletries in bathroom or in room. Would definitely stay there again though and recommend to others.

We stayed at this property before under a different corporation. The location is perfect, well maintained and the staff if awesome.

We stayed for 1 night and it was cozy. The beds were comfy. The walls were a little thin so you could hear people in the hallways, but overall it was great cozy,quaint stay. A little pricey for the stay. I was not aware of valet parking $25 a night or park on the street and be moved by 10AM next day.

Very walkable to numerous restaurants, entertainment venues and plenty of shopping options. Valet parking only, unless you want to try to overnight park on the street at your own risk.

For the money the hotel is very good. It is an older hotel but has great character. The room was clean, the beds are comfortable and better than most hotels. Plenty of fluffy pillows.Pet friendly with a very reasonable pet fee. Front desk was friendly.

Overall enjoyed my stay, friendly and attentive staff. AC did work well and sink was clogged slow to drain. Perhaps room upkeep could improve for future prospects, within walking distance to everything , I would recommend to friends.

We had a king size bed standard room.
Positive: comfortable bed, big room, big window, high ceiling
Negative: non working elevator , tiny bathroom, almost no water pressure in the shower
Overall , I would stay there again because the price was right

Great location BUT the hotel itself is in a really bad shape. Maintenance has apparently been ignored for a very long time. The AC is leaking brown condensation, there are animals living in the bathroom and there is a unpleasant smell in the room which one cannot ventilate out since the opening function of the windows is mechanically blocked.
Enjoy St Pete, but choose a different place to stay!
