The only good thing about this hotel is its location."

"Beautiful boutique hotel! Very vibrant. Location was great with easy access to everything you need. Restaurants, shops, breweries, coffee shops etc.. parking on the street and side streets if needed. Easy to access scooters. We had a quiet room in the hotel. There is a bar/club downstairs so just be aware of that. Very LGBTQ friendly. The pool was beautiful. Staff was very nice."

"No hot water for the shower every day of our stay... the shower and room carpets were very dirty... a homeless person was sleeping in the elevator and vomiting on the floor... breakfast had a very limited selection... the coffee was poor quality... some staff members had a bad attitude... they didn't clean the room the second morning even though we mentioned the general cleanliness, so there were no clean towels. Etc., etc., etc., etc..... avoid this place.... I request a refund, please."

"Stayed at this Courtyard for a quick weekend trip to St. Pete. The hotel is a historic building. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although it was an older building the hotel seems to have been recently updated. The rooms were a little on the small side for a Courtyard, but very nice. The location is close to the downtown and Pier area. 15 to 20 min drive to the beach depending on the beach. Very centrally located. My only issue was the amount to park ($37 a night).The valet staff was nice and professional."
