I have stayed at this hotel for 17 days and honestly God it's an amazing one for the price and the quality we paid for. Centrally located on a quite Vostanya street. The room 328 was amazing and the amentias are top. Breakfast is very good with a variety of everything from coffee to Eclairs. Workers were soo friendly and helpful anywhere; Biggest kudos go to the cleaning ladies who do such an amazing job with a smile on their face. Highly recommending if you are looking for hotels in St Petersburg. Thank you so much Akyan and looking forward to seeing you in the future.

When I booked, I had a bad review and a little hesitant. The actual stay was quite good. The location is quite close to the train station and Neva Street, belonging to the city center. The reception was also very warm and stayed for two nights. The room for me was with a small balcony, which was a small surprise. Breakfast can be delivered to the room or to the bar on the first floor. One person is also very careful. The only thing that feels not very good is that there is a step to carry luggage up the door. The elevator is very small, but this is also because of the old building. The room decoration is not bad, and the room size is not small, personally recommended.

ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

The service level is not that 4 stars do not match, but 2 is hard to pull. Booked through Yandex travel, with booking was overlay, it was not seen by the hotel, while the payment was passed and the confirmation was on the mail. The girls on the respiratory face said that through Yandex ”it is not very official” (?!) and they can't help. They refused to print or at least show the cancellation of the booking, as ”it is our internal documents with Yandex.” That is, we will not settle you, why - let's not say, the evidence of refusal will not give, it is your problems. Breakfast is best with the help of Laoganma, breakfast is pure Western style, generally eat twice but will be bored, you can have an extra bed (or the original big bed room is a combination of two single beds), have children to play Swimming pool, sauna, cold water challenge bucket, hotel adjacent to St. Petersburg University, Peter Fortress and Winter Palace, with underground parking.
