Have spent 5 nights in this hotel. Positive: From the entrance to the hotel you get into a fairy tale. There is so much and all pleasant and friendly that you don't want to leave. They will listen carefully and offer help on any issue, always go to the meeting, smile on the face 24/7 Rooms are cleaned regularly and no cosies were. Breakfasts are delicious and with good choice. The location of the hotel is chic, the rooms are large, the view from the window is beautiful, the living room is large plus, the bathroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Very quiet. What else do you need? Negative: Only 5 nights and time flew as one moment. Next time I will stop here and I will recommend to all my friends and acquaintances. Thank you to all the staff of the hotel for the excellent service!!!

The hotel is located on the banks of our favourite Griboyedov canal in a fairly quiet area. Within a walking distance of New Holland. The center is as far away as you would not want to walk on a rainy day. The rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning, change of towels were every day. Responsive staff. Breakfast was included in the price. There were porridges, meat, fish and fruit. Everyone could choose their breakfast according to their mood. We were quite satisfied with our stay at the hotel / (Rus) Отель расположен на берегу полюбившегося нам канала Грибоедова в достаточно тихом районе. В пешей доступности - Новая Голландия. До центра далеко настолько, насколько в ненастную походу не хотелось бы идти пешком. Номера просторные, чистые. Уборка, смена полотенец каждый день. Отзывчивый персонал. Завтрак у нас был включен в стоимость проживания. Были и каши, и мясо, и рыба, и фрукты. Каждый мог выбрать себе завтрак по настроению. В общем, остались довольны пребыванием в отеле.

Один большой минус - ОБМАН! Забронировал номер ”Апартаменты ”Делюкс” на одну ночь. Выбор делался на основе описания и фото, размещенных на сайте OneTwoTrip (публичная оферта в смысле ГК РФ). Исходя из информации сайта - номер 30 м.кв., оборудован кондиционером, собственной ванной комнатой, кровать QueenSize, собственной открытой Террасой. Собственно, за эти деньги (6500 ночь) именно Терраса и стала ключевым фактором выбора. В противном случае в окрестностях большой выбор подобных номеров за меньшие деньги. Делиться негативным впечатлением от состояния номера нет смысла - все как в ушатаной ночлежке где-нибудь в Анапе или Лоо - дешевые обои, грязные несуразные окна, мебель - самая дешевая как вывезли на дачу не нужную, зачем-то громоздкая дешевая кухня с тысячью ящиков плитой и полноразмерным холодильником (как будто кто-то возит с собой в отпуск все кухонные принадлежности и варит щи-борщи?)… В итоге при заселении девушка-администратор выдала ключ от номера, в котором нет собственной Террасы! На довод - мы бронировали и оплачивали номер с Террасой - ответ простой - там живут люди, поэтому вам предлагается другой - без Террасы. Долгие выяснения и предложенный компромисс в виде возврата части стоимости номера, как компенсация отсутствия Террасы, или отказ от проживания с полным возвратом средств, был отвергнут администратором. То есть на лицо – ОБМАН и КИДАЛОВО! Пояснения администратора сводятся к тому, что клиент бронирует «категорию», а не конкретный номер, поэтому «по факту» клиенту предоставляется любой свободный номер, подходящий под категорию. Со слов администратора – таких номеров 4, но нам «не повезло» - номера с Террасой нам не хватило так как их всего 2 из 4. Однако на стенде с юридическими документами размещен сертификат о присвоении категории гостинице (4 звезды на минуточку!), где указано, что номера в гостинице двух категорий: «люкс» - 2 шт, «первая категория» - 16 шт. Уличив администратора в такой откровенной Лжи, мы все равно не добились ничего – либо живите как дают, либо свободны, деньги вам никто возвращать не будет. Попросив «книгу жалоб» обнаружили страниц 50, исписанных разными историями, похожими в одном – хамство, обман, кидалово и т.д. В очередной раз убеждаюсь – чуда не случилось – цена неравно качество!

Hello. I want to express my gratitude. The hotel is just magical from the interior to the staff and service. We went with my husband from 3.10 to 5.10 . 2022 , we settled in 408 room. The room is wonderful, comfortable, clean . The cost includes tea, water in bottles, there is a teapot, a refrigerator, a fan, everything except hair balsam, the rest is everything. This hotel in rainy weather has become a salvation. It is cool when you can go back to the room not only to stay , but to rest and enjoy the comfort. Staff is very polite , will always help , tell , perform any desire. There is a cafe-table in the hotel . Available prices and delicious. My first trip to St. Petersburg saved this hotel , given that it was a streaming rain on the street . Metro is 15 minutes walk , there is a 24-hour Dixie in 7 minutes , just as near the hotel there is a 24-hour shop) and surprisingly , How many times haven't travelled abroad, the towels changed every 3 days, and here the next day when they came to the room they found that they had been cleaned and changed all the towels)

Отличный отель на Васильевском острове. Оттуда пешком до набережной Невы и в центр минут 30. Удачное расположение: рядом супермаркет, аптека, различные кафе. Приветливый персонал отеля, были мелкие проблемы в номере (плохо сливалась вода в раковине и немного сломана была лейка душа) - сообщили администратору и в этот же день все проблемы устранили. Мусор уносили каждый день, раз в 3 или 4 дня меняли постельное белье и полотенца. Также предоставляют халаты и тапочки. Каждый день приносили туалетные принадлежности (шампунь, мыло, одноразовая щетка и зубная паста). В номере есть кондиционер, который очень спасал (в СПб была жаркая погода 30-32С). Нет чайника, в целях безопасности, но внизу есть кулер с горячей и холодной водой. Из-за COVID завтраки готовились не в самом отеле, а их привозили из фирмы. В целом, наесться можно, но не все типы завтраков были вкусными. Отель оставил хорошие впечатления, расположен не очень далеко от центра, но в номере было достаточно тихо по ночам, хотя комната выходила на дорогу (мы спали с закрытыми окнами). Кроме того, можно смотреть разводные мосты с Васильевского острова и не переживать, что не успеешь вернуться в отель))) Все понравилось, большое спасибо!

Stayed in this hotel from 18.01 to 19.01. Everything was very much liked. Excellent administrator. Good, comfortable room, very small.
