Отель не соответствует заявленным 5 звездам. Ванная с волосами на стене от прежних жильцов, в номере 2 бутылки воды по 0,33 в пластмассе и приходится реально выпрашивать дополнительную воду, до Рецепшин из номера дозвониться невозможно, ни от кого невозможно добиться утюга и губок для ухода за обувью. На рецепшин утром, вечером и ночью нет ни одного сотрудника. Пришлось ждать 5 минут, чтобы кто-то появится в холле из персонала. На весь холл первого этажа раздается смех (вернее, ржать) персонала, который должен быть на рецепшин круглосуточно. Портье видели только 1 раз, который стоял внутри за стеклянной дверью, двери он не открывал и не помогал войти с чемоданами. Проживали 6-8 января 2023г

Самый комфортный отель, в котором мне приходилось прибывать 👍 1. Безумно красивый отель : как снаружи, так и внутри. Комфортные номера. На сайте можно оставить пожелание по поводу кровати (одну большую или две одноместные). 2. Уборка номеров каждый день (что не везде бывает). 3. Самая классная функция- заказ завтрака в номер! Завтрак невероятно вкусный, большое порции и достаточно большой выбор блюд! На ресепшен вы можете оставить свои пожелания к завтраку , к какому времени вам принести. Спасибо повторам, за такой вкусный завтрак! Рисовая каша как из детства! Сервировка тоже на высоте! 4. Расположение. Все в пешей доступности (до всех достопримечательностей города вы можете дойти пешком, тем самым насладиться атмосферой Петербурга) 5. Приятные работники отеля! Единственный и незначительный минус: 1,5 спальное оделяло, но это опять на любителя. Мы с мужем спим под одним большим. Но думаю , что можно на ресепшен попросить большое. Но опять - это на любителя. В целом , отель шикарный , обслуживание на высоте, 5+! Советуем.

I had heard very good feedback about this hotel and saw the nice pictures on the website. Rooms looked great, and I was looking forward to staying there. Unfortunately I did not know that the hotel has renovated and unrenovated rooms which are not only awful but also very very small. When I arrived, I was given a tiny room with shabby furniture that looked like it was from 1985. Never before have I been to a hotel where pictures and reality were further apart. Unfortunately the hotel seemed fully booked so that I could not change the room. I left the next morning to move to another hotel. I must say that such inconsistency in the quality of the rooms is a sign of a poorly managed hotel. Such rooms should be renovated, not offered at high prices to guests who will inevitably be disappointed. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. There are so many better options in St. Petersburg.

Это место настоящий оазис спокойствия и европейской утонченности в Северной столице. Я знаю эту гостиницу давно, еще когда на первом курсе института проходила там практику, теперь я приезжаю сюда в качестве гостя, и могу с уверенностью сказать, что высокие стандарты обслуживания, уважение к своей истории, теплое отношение к гостям - это то, что остается неизменным в этом замечательном месте. За прошедший год мы останавливались в Европе не менее 3 раз в самые памятные для нас даты - на нашу свадьбу, день рождения мужа, годовщину свадьбы и мой день рождения. Каждый раз мы чувствовали себя максимально комфортно и соответственно уровню гостиницы. 3 раза бронировали террасу и один раз делбкс с видом на площадь Искусств. В чем их принципиальное отличие? Делюкс больше - сама комната и ванная, в отличной от других номеров цветовой гамме - беж и зеленый, гарантирован вид на площадь. Больше особых отличий не заметила. Окно открывается полностью, оно достаточно большое, чтобы полюбоваться видом и сделать красивые фото. Терраса - все номера находятся на 5 этаже и выходят либо на Площадь Искусств, либо на Михайловскую улицу. И хотя со всех сторон открывается красота города, нам достался вид на площадь только один раз, в день нашей свадьбы, сколько раз мы не делали примечания к бронированию, что будем благодарны за номер на эту сторону, к сожалению, больше жить именно с этим видом не довелось) Сам номер меньше делюкса, выдержанный в бежевых или розовых тонах. Ощущается некоторая нехватка пространства и ”воздуха”, но которая с лихвой окупается французскими окнами в пол и возможностью завтракать/обедать и ужинать с панорамным видом на город. Наполнение номера, как шкатулочка - разные бокалы, чашечки, приборы, шикарный набор открыток, ручки, карандашики, блокнотики, хороший фен, все для химчистки. Меню подушек для лббой головы и шеи, которые всегда можно попросить у бэкофиса. Фумигатор!) Есть кофемашина, и чайный набор (отдельный респект за вкуснейший чай ”Althaus”), которые всегда можно пополнить по запросу. Минибар за доп.плату, но выбор широкий - от вкусных сладких и соленых снеков до элитного алкоголя. В ванной комнате широкий выбор косметики неплохой фирмы Elemis, везти что-то с собой нет необходимости - шампуни, кондиционеры, молочко для тела, шетки, расчески, бритвенные наборы, даже соль для ванны. Уборка производится два раза в день: утром и вечером, когда номер готовят ”ко сну”, оставляя шоколадные медальки и пожелания на день. Наборы в ванной пополняются после каждой уборки. Внимание персонала видишь на каждом шагу - от встречи на входе, даже не на входе, а на подъезде к гостиницы, когда к тебе сразу подходят, чтобы открыть дверь и помочь с багажом, до баночки меда и поздравдений с памятными датами на каждой твоем шагу в гостинице. Завтраки - отдельная тема. Мы их ждем каждый раз чуть ли не больше, чем самого проживания в Европе) таких вкусных яиц голландез мы не ели ни на одном из завтраков ни в одном из отелей. Wonderful hotel! Ut, atmosphere, service, staff attitude,comfort,room,food.... Well absolutely everything was perfect! Your stylish design repair, cozy half-dark lobby and halls with pleasant flavors. The rooms are fresh,nothing is scratched,all is neat and fresh. All the necessary ingredients are available: dresses, showers and sewing sets,everyday,if necessary. A very pleasant surprise was the early settlement: although I arrived at about nine o'clock in the morning, my room was already ready and I was immediately set. Here was written about the scarce breakfasts, which is very strange to me. Of course, it is not kilometers of the Swedish table as in Turkey, but nonetheless anyone will find food for its taste: yoghurt,treature,cashi,cache,omlets,etc,except that champagne has not been offered. A worthy coffee machine with different options. If you are completely mad, you can certainly find shortcomings: for example, the water is badly down in the bathroom, slowly work cards in the castles, there is no cosmetic mirror in the toilet, the unrational location of the switches and the roofs near the bed, but these are such trimmings, who cannot dimly stay in such a cozy place. Ech liked that the streams were literally dissipated - you practically don't meet with staff or other guests. That's what creates a sense of comfort like home. And the location is also a pleasant eye: in a small street opposite Fontanka, from the windows of the room to the street was a summer garden and river, to the center of the minutes 20 walking steps. When I booked, I had a bad review and a little hesitant. The actual stay was quite good. The location is quite close to the train station and Neva Street, belonging to the city center. The reception was also very warm and stayed for two nights. The room for me was with a small balcony, which was a small surprise. I have stayed at this hotel for 17 days and honestly God it's an amazing one for the price and the quality we paid for. Centrally located on a quite Vostanya street. The room 328 was amazing and the amentias are top. Breakfast is very good with a variety of everything from coffee to Eclairs. Workers were soo friendly and helpful anywhere; Biggest kudos go to the cleaning ladies who do such an amazing job with a smile on their face. Highly recommending if you are looking for hotels in St Petersburg. Thank you so much Akyan and looking forward to seeing you in the future.

The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes' walk from the subway station, and also within walking distance to Nevsky Prospekt, Winter Palace, Cathedral of the Spilled Blood, and Kazan Cathedral. A taxi from Moscow Railway Station takes about 10 minutes. Better than the old five-star hotels in Moscow.

ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

The hotel was very nice. Excellent location, very clean rooms,. We got a standard room with double bed and sofa. A good room filling for this cost (a teapot, hygiene, a fan, a large plasma TV, a mini-fridge). There is a kitchen with microwave, dish and a large refrigerator, a smooth board with a tie. Each guest has an electronic key that opens the entrance door on the street and the door on the floor, it is very convenient if you return late from the tour or leave the hotel at night.

They were in September with a friend. Luxury room with balcony Excellent location, all close-to-a bunch of cafes on any wallets, shops, metro. To the palace area 15-20 min on foot. The price for the center is moderate. The room is clean. Very comfortable mattress and pillow, good underwear. In the bathroom not only shower gel, soap, shampoo, but even razor and toothbrush. For number 5 towels, machroy cloths. The windows we had come out on Lithium-for someone might be noisy. On the floor there is a cooler with cold water, microwave, in the room a refrigerator, TV, condiments. You can order breakfast (at the eve of 9 p.m.). Breakfast is so for yourself, but you can eat. Around the road a yulous with coffee and fresh baking, next to (practically next door) a 24-hour shaver, by the way, very decent. Very virtuous staff, which was pleasant. The waitress is not visible, but clean well and when you are not a room(no one has broken) apparently as a way to track, but if necessary, on the recipe you can always find a staff member who will help solve the problems. Wishing-more hooks in the bathroom-2 is small and would like more rosettes, although we have issued a 4-rod extension on request and the problem has been solved. The hotel was very enjoyed. I will stop here only on the next trip

Останавливались в этом отеле второй раз, первый раз всё было неплохо. В этот раз пришлось уехать на следующий день - в здании идет активный ремонт. Окна номеров во двор открывать нельзя - там навалено штукатурки толстым слоем. Покрасят - будет красиво. В парадной тоже строительный мусор. Ремонт предположительно до конца августа 2021. Но об этом не предупредили, хотя перед заездом общались с администратором. Если кому-то не принципиально, нет аллергии на строительные материалы - отличная локация. Но считаю, за такие неудобства цену можно было бы снизить и предупреждать заранее. Мы потеряли время и деньги, пришлось срочно в ночь искать другой вариант.
