This hotel could be good but disappointed in several ways, some of which could be improved. The location was good, handy to nearby major roads. Parking was very good.
Check-in via the handy external kiosk demanded immediate full payment even though the room had been prepaid (this extra payment was manually refunded after the very helpful manager arrived at 5pm to staff reception).
The room was pocket-sized but reasonable for the price, and had an openable window. The room heating could be controlled but, unfortunately, turning it right down did not prevent the room getting uncomfortably hot once the window was closed, due to over-heating in adjacent areas. Soundproofing was very good against street noise but very poor against echoing corridor noises - walking, talking and especially the slamming of heavy self-closing doors by other guests - both late at night and early in the morning.
Oddly, there was no hand-soap provided in the bathroom but luckily we could reach into the shower to use the gel dispenser there.

Ca fait des annéesque je connais l'hotel et la personne a l'accueil est toujours aussi sympa et a l'écoute, il y a longtemps que j'y était pas revenu mais c'est toujours pareil Chambre correcte, petit déjeuner correct et en libre service. A mon prochain passage sur chalon

Un hôtel très mal placé et bruyant, une insonorisation dérisoire, un parking très réduit et totalement inondé, un petit déjeuner fade, il y avait dans ma poubelle de salle de bain des papiers et un coton tige, le ménage est donc moyen / passable. La chambre n'a qu'une petite lumière, et est très sombre. L'accueil est déplorable, à cause de l'incompétence et de l'incompréhension du personnel on m'a demandé de payer un petit déjeuné qui était pourtant pris en charge par l'agence de voyage, ce qui m'a été confirmé, refus de vérifier, ni de regarder le mail de confirmation que j'avais, ils n'ont pas pris toute la provision mais elle était bien disponible, évidemment aucune remise en question, et l'assurance de la personne qui a tort et qui croit savoir. Nous avons été traité comme si nous allions partir sans payer, et sans considération aucune du client. Je suis très souvent client des B&B en général cela se passe très bien, j'ai trouvé celui ci très en dessous des standards habituels.

La chambre avait un lit de 160 cm de largeur, donc il y avait assez de place pour 2. Les oreillers étaient confortables. Le Petit-déjeuner était complet. Je recommande cet établissement. Bon accueil. Des restaurants pas loin sur la zone, on y est allé à pieds.

Chambre trop petite. Eclairage minimum. Lit composé d'1 matelas (peu épais) posé sur une planche : INADMISSIBLE !!!!! 1 canne oubliée dans la chambre le 01/08 - repassé à l'hôtel le 14/09 : Pas d'objet trouvé suite demande à la réception ????? Curieux car chambre nettoyée après chaque location !!!!! Sans doute doigts crochus du personnel de nettoyage !!!!! Bref, rien à voir avec B § B BOLLENE ou tout avait été impeccable !!!!! Conclusion : HOTEL A EVITER !!!!!

Nous avons passé 2 nuits très reposantes dans cet hôtel calme et insonorisé.
Les petits déjeuners étaient complets et savoureux.

Hotel propre et accueil chaleureux. Les chambres sont tres propres mais petites et trés mal insonorisées. La tv est de bonne taille, la literie est tres ferme. Parking fermé et visible d une partie des chambres. Bien placé car proche de l autoroute. Rapport Qualité/ prix tres moyen.

Un hôtel idéalement placé à proximité de la sortie autoroute Chalon-sur-Saône Sud et à deux pas du centre ville. Tout est propre et très bien tenu,le petit-déjeuner est excellent et varié ... Il y a un parking fermé et surveillé par des caméras. Il y a un très bon restaurant à proximité et aussi un food truck 4 **** Je recommande fortement cet hôtel qui allie propreté, emplacement et tarifs.
