Not the most clean or pretty hotel, but it was perfect for a last minute one night stay! Hotel is well located. Our room was right next to the Lobby and surprisingly the soundproofing was amazing. There was a mini fridge, some plates, and microwave in the room which was helpful. The view was really nice. I would stay there again if I needed just a simple hotel to sleep.

Hotel was clean and well situated. We were not able to lock our front door and nothing was done about it. Stayed 2 nights and housekeeping skipped our room completely!!

Nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. The pool was fun for my kids, the hottub was not good.

Heater in the room started making a VERY LOUD noise in the middle of the night. It was impossible for us to sleep. Spoke to the receptionist, who did notjing.
On top of that, the jacuzzi was turned off and out of order and the pool was dirty and not usable. Very bad experience. Not coming again.

Night shift check-in was simple and the receptionist was a nice gentleman.
Room wasn’t super clean but overall fine. Bathroom definitely needed a second look.
Checkout receptionist was not friendly whatsoever and didn’t even greet us or say bye. Gave us a face when we asked if we could give a gratuity to the cleaner with our card on file.

Not sure where to start. Probably with the gigantic *********** traces on the curtains next to the bed, which seemed to be there for a couple of weeks judging by the dust accumulated on it. When I told the staff, they changed our room to another basic room but didn't seem too much bothered.
For a full review, room noisy because of the pool on the same level, but mostly because it feels like you forgot the room's door opened. Also, shower head is the cheapest one, the one that feels like a faucet.
Very disappointed but this specific room. No compensation was offered by the staff.

Incredible overpriced for an old hotel. The carpet smelt terrible, the heating took forever to turn on. There was no way to even get a water bottle. They only had a machine with sodas that would only take coins. Terrible, I would not recommend nor come back.

Fridge smelled.
While they use garbage bags, bin didnt seem to be cleaned in a while.
Blanket had a stain.
Notcied a crusty stain on a fresh facecloth while washing my face :(
First floor laminate was uneven, flexing, likely leaks.
Window was broken, so couldnt open.
Heat/cooling was nice and flexible.
Beds were comfortable.
If it was the only option in town i guess id stay again but hard to swallow for $225 a night after fees and taxes. The photos are not a reliable indicator - its a tired and worn down place.
