Stayed 3 nights in February and asked for quiet room - 3rd floor at rear of hotel very quiet and slept with window open without problem. Breakfast adequate, room clean and modern with towels changed daily. quality and desk only staffed at certain times but can book in at Kyriad next door. Will stay again next week.

The location is excellent only 10 minutes walk away in direct access to the historic heart of the city centre and Old Port, much more effective than in car (20-25mn due to work). En affaires sur La Rochelle, nous avons réservé 13 jours. Une catastrophe. Arrivée le dimanche soir, une chambre sans aucune lumière pour y accéder après un repas pathétique,( pizza sous vide congelées déballées par le cuisinier devant nous, un réceptionniste n'arrivant pas à se faire comprendre, nous expliquant que si nous voulons une petite serviette de plus pour les cheveux, car juste 2 serviettes de douche, il fallait aller l'acheter! Il était plus absorbé par son téléphone que par les clients qui étaient obligés de linterpeler au restaurant..Honteux! Le lendemain, le sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas, à la réception on nous dit qu'ils n'y peuvent rien,(que c'est pris dans le mur)ma femme est restée 2 jours les cheveux comme si elle sortait de la piscine pour rencontrer nos partenaires. nous avons dû acheter un sèche cheveux. La chambre est remplie de poussière, tete de lit, aucun ménage n'est fait, la cuvette des toilettes n'est pas nettoyée, pas de balayette, mais les employées ne nettoient rien, photos dispo avant après. Douche qui s'écoule mal,qui se rempli, bonde degeulasse, micose des pieds assurées, fenêtre, miroirs sales, le pq est mis au compte goutte, mdr, et pour continuer, au petit déjeuner, au 4ème jours, plus d'orange à 8h du matin, plus de jambon, mais où est la bienveillance des campanile qu'on a connu??? Cher Monsieur le responsable qui répondez aux vilaines remarques des clients que vous recevez si mal, nous sommes encore là si jamais, cnest pas à nous de changer de chambre, mais à vous de recevoir correctement les gens qui paient d'avance. J'allais oublier, vos pommes de douche ne tiennent pas sur les barres, impossible de prendre une douche sans une main qui tient la pomme et vos VMC ne fonctionnent absolument pas !Aucune vérification des chambres n'est faite quand vos clients arrivent, on a aussi failli se retrouver par terre grâce à la chaise de notre chambre complètement instable, et ce pendant 2 jours. Votre campanile est incompetant pour plus d'une nuit et porte un discrédit sur les autres campanile. Photos et vidéo à votre disposition ! Nous vous souhaitons un excellent week-end. Cdt
