Excellent établissement, face Gare SNCF. Endroit calme et extrêmement propre. L'accueil y est courtois, le personnel disponible et à l'écoute. Les chambres sont spacieuses et modernes, les communs sont cossus (avec ascenseur). Les sanitaires sont irréprochables, linge et produits individuels fournis. Le petit déjeuner est à volonté, simple et bien fourni, le croissant matinal est excellent. A noter, un léger manque de connectique (prises éloignées du lit, près bureau) pour les geeks... mais des rallonges sont proposées à l'accueil, sur demande, et gracieusement mises à disposition. Pour le reste, vous y passerez un séjour reposant, dans un établissement impeccable !

Jai pris cet hôtel au plus près dans saintes car obligation professionnel Oû jai dut rester sur place une nuit. Lit confortable Douche super Accueil de la dame au top Pas vraiment de choses a dire Seul hic l'odeur d'égouts quand on rentre.... 😢 Sûrement au remonté dr la salle de bain Mais si je dois reprendre un hôtel pour obligation pro Je reprendrai le même

After a long drive from Dieppe I arrived tired and hungry, front of house & waiter Christophe was fantastic efficient and polite, he even translated that evenings menu in English for me as my French is poor. Great relaxing steak and frites, off at 7am the next day back to Spain. Simple Clean Friendly Affordable - thanks

Chambre et literie confortable et propre. Mais les chambres auraient besoin d'un coup de fraicheur. Personnels à l'accueil très agréables et gentilles ( 2 dames ). Petit déjeuner variés et bon. Nous avons passé 1 nuit et nous y retournerons sans regret. Le petit plus, les petits lapins dans le jardin. Nous sommes contents de cet hôtel qui a un bon emplacement et pour un prix modique

Well run and conveniently located. We were in easy walking distance to the major sights of Saintes, as well as to some excellent restaurants— L’Insolite and La Table des dix Vins— and a fantastic breakfast bakery, La Boulangerie du Palais. Our room’s air conditioning was a blessing at the end of a hot day of sightseeing.
