The staff are all friendly and the swimming pool is really nice. There are a variety of activities and the kids love the kids program. The buffet food is also really delicious.

The overall hotel in Saipan is really average. The hotel I stayed in Kensington a few days ago was almost the domestic three-star standard. When I switched to the pic, I was completely stunned. What about the room? It feels like a guest house, and the three buildings of the hotel don't face the sea. Maybe if you live closer, you can see a little bit from the side when you stick your head out. There are several water sports. In addition to the long slide, it is suitable for children of younger age groups to play. The beach is indescribable, there is so much glass shards that it is impossible to walk on it. The conditions in the shoal can only be used to play with small sailboats, because the water below the water is really unsightly, even a little disgusting. The water quality is clear, but there are many weeds at the bottom and it feels dirty. The staff were very enthusiastic. After dinner, we also encountered an activity in the performing arts hall. The children loved singing and dancing. The food was average. One day I made a reservation for a set meal at the restaurant at the water park. The food was served very slowly and the portion was about half full for our family, hahahahahaha. I don’t really recommend this place if you’re on vacation. Except for the water park, which is slightly attractive to children, the beach in the room is really not good. Any water park in China is not better than this one~ I hope you will listen to my advice!

Service is good. There were a lot of Korean staff, so it was comfortable, and everyone was friendly and helped with luggage storage and drop-off taxi reservations before and after check-in. However, it was strange that the drop-off taxi fare was about twice the difference between the amount informed by the hotel and the amount paid to the taxi driver, but I couldn't confirm it. Breakfast is delicious, but the menu changes every day, so it's a bit of a struggle. Due to the aging of the facilities, aspects such as room condition and bed sheets were disappointing. It’s a great place to go for various activities and water play.

As you would expect from a very famous resort, the facilities were very satisfactory, and more than anything, when traveling with family, there were so many things for children to play, it was well organized, and there seemed to be a lot of events. There was a lot of food to eat in the restaurant and the breakfast was slightly different every day, so no matter how many days I stayed, I didn't have any trouble eating.

The room was nice, but the facilities closed very early. Available hours are: 9 o'clock to 12 o'clock, 2 o'clock to 5 o'clock. There are very few hotel restaurants, and most of them are introduced in Korean.

I was actually a little disappointed as I was looking forward to seeing a water park in Korea. It is not open all the time, but has set times, and the lazy river only has certain sections where you can feel the speed... There is a small slide attached to the pool that must be climbed while the staff is sitting;; Anyway, don’t expect water parks in our country haha. I ate at Café Galley after swimming for lunch. If possible, change your clothes and go to Magellan. Personally, I had the most food for breakfast and dinner at Magellan. Haha. It was a shame to find out after checking out. Anyway, since I have a gold card, I have swimming rice and swimming rice... I had a good time ♡

The hotel facilities are good, clean, and the location is good. My child likes it a lot~~~ I think it's a good hotel to stay with family~~~
