Secret Garden

This hotel is located on a remote mountain. There were many dogs at the entrance, and a few of them started barking at us as soon as we began driving up. We navigated several winding turns to reach the hotel, which is built halfway up the mountain, very far from the city center. We didn't dare get out of the car because of the dogs surrounding it. The room was incredibly small, only 20 square meters for a double bed! For this price, you could stay in a much better hotel in the city. There were almost no facilities, just a few parking spaces and a dark building. We were truly disappointed by the environment and tried to cancel our booking, but the owner wouldn't allow it. I can understand their perspective, as they wouldn't be able to rebook the room immediately. However, the environment was truly subpar. We had booked for three days but ended up abandoning our stay and went to another hotel. The disappointment with the environment was too great, so we just accepted not getting a refund. Finally, I want to warn anyone who sees this review: there are many other hotel options on Saipan at the same price point. This place offers extremely poor value for money. Do not come here!
