Hotel Metropolitan Saitama-Shintoshin

The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a view of the station while remaining quiet. The service was professional, and the location is convenient for travel

This hotel is nearby Omiya station, and the hotel location is just next to JR Saitama station. Many restaurants, malls and Yodobashi are nearby, can reach there by walking distance 10-20 mins Easy access to Tokyo or Yokohama station, highly recommended and will stay again for my next visit.

The location was very accessible from the train station! The room was quite comfortable for me, but i couldn't open my luggage because my luggage was too huge😭 Service was great! Staff were all so friendly! Will definitely consider staying here again!

We had a great stay here. It is very clean and location is wonderful - there are food options less than a minute away. Staff speak limited English but are genuinely helpful. Great place to be based if you are looking to visit the Railway Museum. Protip: Ask for a room facing the train tracks if you like trains :)

The Good: - The hotel is located right next to the train station. - There is a nearby mall with many food options. - The room size is decent and perfectly functional. I found the bed itself to be quite comfortable. - The soundproofing is reasonable. You get occasional, mild train noises during quieter periods, but it wasn't a major disruption. The Not-So-Good: - The pillow really needs addressing. One pillow was hard, while the other was completely limp and offered almost zero support (it felt practically non-existent). - The in-room refrigerator was completely useless. It didn't get cold at all, so don't expect to keep any drinks or snacks chilled.
