We stayed here several times. The reason is we like this hotel. We are so comfortable staying here. The staffs are super friendly and nice. The room is clean too.

It's a bit of a walk from the station, but it was clean and comfortable. The room is small, so I think it would be difficult if you have a lot of luggage. The bathroom was also small but clean.

I stayed here for 2 nights to attend a live performance at Saitama Super Arena. It was very easy to get around as it was close to the station.
It's a little far from the downtown area, so it's quiet at night, and there are restaurants and convenience stores just a short walk away, so it's convenient.
The room and washroom were clean and there were no issues.

It's a new hotel and it's clean. Maybe it was my fault, but I didn't see the smoking room when I made the reservation. However, I felt that I should keep the smell for now.
