Hotel Alameda Palace

It’s was ok for what we paid, a bit tatty around the edges and needs to TLC but a good location and like I say for €65 what do you expect ! Also good secure underground parking

Terrible customer support - beyond all possible criticism. They don't respond on messages through the website. Then they don't respond on the emails. Then it's just a lot of back and forth, with them requesting credit card details by email, and paying a new updated rate that is much higher after all the delays. This is a 2-star level at best.

Rooms were big and fairly clean. However lacking in a lot of amenities such as tissues (they give you a small packet with about 3 tissues!), no garbage can in room (just a tiny one in bathroom), no courtesy bottled water. The breakfast was average but only one coffee machine so there’s long line up’s.

We had a wonderful visit. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, in particular Christian Perez who was the receptionist on duty when we arrived. Despite not having booked, and they were hosting 2 different events at the time of our arrival, the reception staff managed to organise with chef to provide dinner for us.
