We went for the tamil puthandu for having the lunch and the luch seems to be much better and good and highlight is the murangai soup and malli rasam and over all experience is good and staff way of treating is good and satisfied Food -4.5/5 Staff -4.5/5

The very nice place to have a meal and foods I will be very exiting Service is very good.Today all the items were very good. Divya's manimaran,Tamil, service was very good. Atmosphere is very fine.All the staffs are very friendly.Front look of the office is very good.

Very patient and friendly staff. Supervisor thenmozhi, Prakash and Ramajayam. Excellent service. Beautiful decoration and great job on handling the crowd. Excellent food and service. The help provided with the audio setup was amazing

The room was good and maintenance was nice and the service was good The hotel was nice and the room was so good and maintenance was good the room looks like luxury and it was nice in this hotel they maintain so good and nice in this hotel the atmosphere was good

Great hotel. Very good rooms - super spacious and clean. Staff were all accomodating and kind. The restaurant was great for both dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend people choose to stay here when they visit salem. Great stuff, would come again.

How do I say the Experience! ! ! Haven’t had such worst experience with hotel stays. At least something has to be good in overall experience. Except location I would rate only 1 for the stay Check In - Reception staff was so rude & never even cared to respond for Queries Car Parking - Valet parking is available but when ever we request to bring the car, Driver will not be available Restaurant - You can go to the restaurant if you are comfortable doing everything by yourself as no one will be available to serve even water

I had the worst experience with the staff over there. It's highly unprofessional that one of the staff members barged into our room without ringing the bell or knocking. He opened the door using the access key while I was changing my attire. It was such an unpleasant and embarrassing moment. Instead of apologizing, the staff member kept saying, 'It's OK ma'am.' This only added to my disappointment. My husband shared our experience with the hotel manager, who simply said, 'That staff member was a new trainee,' without offering an apology himself." Very unprofessional. And highly disappointing. I will never recommend this hotel to any of my known ones.

We have stayed for 2 days,rooms were clean and tidy fully furnished with centralisez Ac .food was great. Swimming pool facilities are also there and well maintained..Overall the service was good. Nice service ..Bharthi is nice guide thnx for hotel sivaraj inn.
