The staff entered room before we checked out. Just strange and asked every time I walked by the desk asked if I was checking out not very friendly staff . But facility was clean and well maintained

Friendly, helpful staff. When the neighboring room was extremely loud, the staff was notified and IMMEDIATELY remedied the problem! Beds and room very comfortable. I would recommend this Doubletee to any traveler.

Fabulous stay at a really nice Doubletree! The room was comfortable and large, and the shower was great! There were only a few needs inside the room: the shower gel container was empty, the freezer compartment of the small fridge was almost completely frozen over so nothing could be placed in it, and there was a stain on one of the sofa cushions.

Staff was courteous, helpful and professional. Room was clean, quiet and located well for our needs.

They did not have the warm cookies they advertise at check-in, although when you step in the elevator the first thing you see is a huge sign that advertises them as well. Also their bar and restaurant were closed and this was the main reason we chose this hotel, so that we would not have to drive anywhere while in the city. There was no deli option as stated, there were basically chips and candy available. The pool was not accessible due to construction. As far as what they're calling newly remodeled rooms, they were absolutely terrible. They were fairly clean and the one thing I can say is the bed was comfortable; however, there were no holders for towels or toilet paper on the walls. You had to step out of the shower and out into the room to get a towel. Because the drainage was terrible in the walk-in shower I fell going to get a towel because there was probably a half an inch or more of water all the way to the door and over to the toilet as well. Also in the room they put the coffee maker in a small alcove and there's absolutely no light there, so I had to get a flashlight in order to see to make coffee. And back to check in, the gentleman who checked us in was fairly pleasant but when I came back about the bar the woman there was an absolute word that I can't use here. This was by far the worst stay I've had in all my years of travel!!!!

I enjoyed the stay. The hotel is convenient and close to freeway. I would have liked to have known about the construction going on in the lobby, but I was on the 3rd floor and did not hear anything. I will be reserving a room later in December.

This hotel's website advertises an on site restaurant. I specifically was searching for a hotel in that area that has a restaurant on site so not to have to get back in car and drive to one. It does not have one. It provides an area for a breakfast "buffet" for $9.95/person. I found a nice restaurant in the nearby Holiday Inn. Next time I'll stay there. Hilton charges $10 for parking and is under construction. The window in my room would not close as the metal frame is warped so all night long I could hear the freeway noise.

There should have been a notice that there was no wifi available during our 2 day stay. I wouldn’t have booked rooms there. Should have given us a option to cancel reservation. Reno’s happening noise wasn’t an issue but our room needed the faucets done as they were pretty loose.
