Courtyard by Marriott Salisbury

No good smell in the room. I spent only one night there with my colleagues. Ok for a business hotel but the cleanliness has to be improved.

Descent for the money but not great

This was a birthday trip and I must say, this was a nkce hotel. The room was spacious, the staff very friendly and welcoming. The hot tub was hot just overfilled and need to change the water. The kids staying there definitely enjoyed the pool. Cherry on top was the free snacks, water, and ice cream!! The good kind too. Will definitely be back and often.

Very good accommodation, not new but very neat and clean. Only a problem i have is twice charging. i paid when booked and also charged when checked in. Yesterday i claimed that i was doubled charged thru ******* site, but no reply yet. it has passed several days since i stayed, it should be resolved.

The staff were wonderful, accommodating, and understanding. The room was amazing and spacious, housekeepers were friendly, and the little make shift animal was the most adorable thing ever. The bed and pillows are super soft, like floating on clouds. This was the best homecation ever and will be booking again for future homecations!

Staff was great. Free waters, ice cream bars and a thoughtful welcome note. Dionte at check in was excellent and welcoming. 2 issues- pillows way too soft, ran out of caffeinated coffee in morning.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The wash clothes eventhough looked clean smelled like vomit.

There was an issue finding my booking, in which I believe the staff purposely made a hassle out of because they forgot

Couldn’t find my reservation and the. Once found the computer wouldn’t take cards and then the computer shutdown altogether and then was told you have to check in on you phone and that didn’t happen either the family and I stood in the lobby at 130am for over 45mins until we was given a key and the. We were charged twice and still having issues with getting a refund.
