Didn't sleep well. The heating vent was louder than my wife's snoring. Also, the shower was not great.

Room supplies were not replenished in the entire 4 night stay, hallways were very hot, manager doesn't respond to issues. The absolute worst properly in this network.

The staff was accommodating and helpful. There had been a misunderstanding concerning a third party reservation (my fault) however I was still able to stay and rest, when it was resolved, I was able to extend my visit.

Yes, everything in our room was great. Nice Breakfast. Staff was Cordial.

Parking and entering the facility was simple. The room itself was average. It was cleaned but not to the best it could have been. There was hair on the shower glass door. Trash behind the nightstands. Some outlets did not work. The iron caused a stain to the blazer. Okay for one night, but I would not do an extended stay.

The hotel felt generally unclean. Public areas, e.g. Carpet outside the elevator looked as though it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. The receptionist was distracted while we were checking in, speaking to someone on the phone at the same time. This resulted in us not being given room keys, and we had to ask for them. Later, our son - who was staying in another room - was given keys for our room instead of his own. We now had four cards for one room, but actually two didn't work. The room itself was also unclean, with hair and dirt on the floor, grease on the fridge door, and a glass shower door that had not been cleaned. Overall not good for the price paid.

The room was small and basic only good for one night. Found dust and hair particles in the bathroom. Breakfast was decent.

Place is old overall. The room was clean somewhat but not what was pictured. A few things were left that weren’t cleaned up by service (box of tissues behind bed and rubber band under sink)

Overall room was good, beds were comfortable and the space was adequate. Smaller than I expected. Room smelled musty and a little mildewy, but luckily the window opened and it wasn’t a problem after we aired it out. Breakfast choices were limited but nice to have the discount at Denny’s right next door.
