Premier Inn Salisbury South Milford

The hotel is easy to find off high way, close to a bus terminal and a big supermarket which is convenient for grab some sandwiches & quick foods. A McDonald next to it is a plus for a quick eat. The room is big enough and there is even a extra bed. But the internet is slow. Some of the utensils seem old and not so clean (I can see smears on the glasses).

Staying in this hotel while we are down in Salisbury working and have been here for 3 weeks. It's an ok hotel with an ok restaurant but the staff are amazing. Always running around doing everything and still so friendly and polite whilst doing so. The food has been really good. Chef Will is great. Always takes time to have a chat and the others, notably Adrian , Minnie and Bella have been so nice. Will stay here if I'm ever working in Salisbury again.

I found my stay at this Premier Inn to be very comfortable. The food was excellent, especially the Evening Meal, compliments to Michael the chef. Minnie and Caitlin were attentive and friendly. 5* all round, thank you.

Arrived a little early and Connor very kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in his safe keeping. Room was ideal, clean and blissfully cool. At dinner I was amazed at the skills and presentation shown by Will the Chef. That guy certainly knows his way around a kitchen! Connor was in attendance at breakfast, to be replaced by Bella on the next two mornings. Both were very busy attending to customers, topping up juices, cereals etc, and on top of this they were cheerful and friendly. Really good customer service. The following two evenings we were attended by Minnie and Caitlin - both of whom were absolutely charming, attentive and exemplary on the food service and desserts. To summarise: Nice clean hotel, friendly and cheerful staff who are a credit to the company and excellent food. Now trying to come up with an excuse for another visit soon. Thank you all. B & C.

Location was ok, room was ok but there was a droning noise throughout the first night as though some machinery below was broken, asked to move rooms but the place was full, 2nd night was ok. the adjoining pub was closed, the bar and restaurant in the hotel was busy but ok.

I stayed for the bank holiday weekend, the service I received during my stay was excellent. I was made to feel very welcome and spoke to all the staff including the chef. One person stood out though, Inez, she went above and beyond to look after me at breakfast and dinner and I wanted to say thank you.

Clean rooms Unhelpful staff - sent us to McDonalds opposite to use the toilet when we arrived too early to check in - lied that toilet was ‘out of service’ - it wasn’t. Have never had such bad service in any other Premier Inn - very, very disappointed - would not recommend.

Super Team on duty, very welcoming, helpful, polite and friendly. Super dinner, Pizza with extra chilli. Jalapeños and peperoni, with a Cadburys sundae for pudding. Minnie, Will and Adrian are a valuable asset to the Premier Inn Salisbury South Milford. I'd recommend staying here. Thank you all. Your's sincerely, Dave Stubbs 😁 👍
