This Marriott is the real deal, fantastic!

Poor soundproofing, and quite dated.

This hotel is located in the city center, with parking. The hotel looks newly renovated, the room is spacious and well-equipped. There are many restaurants around, and it is close to Temple Square and the Parliament Building. The security is good at night. The bedding is very comfortable.

The receptionist is very polite, the hygiene is clean, and the shower is comfortable. I will consider staying next time.

Very bad experience, I recommend everyone to stay at Hyatt, the service and facilities are much better. This Marriott is very old. Facilities: 1. The elevator creaks and is shaky. 2. The soundproofing of the room is poor, and the screaming of the children next door really affects the rest. Service is terrible: 1. The housekeeping knocked on the door frantically before 9 o'clock. 2. I booked this hotel two days in advance. When I checked in, the black lady kept saying that she couldn't find the hotel I booked. She told me the confirmation number again and again before she helped me find it. However, her attitude was much better when she met the white man in front 😅
