Driving from the small town of Moab to Salt Lake City, the navigation took nearly 5 hours, and the actual driving took more than 6 hours. We had to rest halfway, and there were mountain roads, rain, and nights. This was a very, very memorable long-distance drive! It was almost dawn, and when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff was probably very depressed. How could someone come to check in before dawn, haha! The hotel environment is not bad, the room is big, and the breakfast is classic American food! Chain hotels also have advantages, that is, standardization!

The place is nice and the folks working there are great. The showers are terrible. I could not adjust the water to any termerature close to comfortable for a normal human being. The water was either approaching boiling or freezing. Definitely the least comfortable shower I've taken in the last quarter of a century.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, and convenient breakfast hours. No fresh baked cookies at the front desk, unfortunately. Also had good breakfast selection, paper plates, and refillable pump bottles in the bathroom to minimize single-use plastic waste. We appreciated those sustainable choices! Thank you for that.

It's fine. The rooms are large and updated. Nit Picks: Hotel is much farther down the road than the other airport hotels (about 1/2 mile) and there's not much available nearby for food. Redesign could have used some attention to detail. The bathroom counter is over-sized and blocks access to half of the shower (one side of the sliding door set) including turning it on/off. Bathroom light switch is nowhere near the door. Rook is dark with limited lighting. AC/Heat unit thermostat is inaccurate and motor/fan needs maintenance. Didn't try the breakfast. I could easily stay here again but might opt for one of the other chains just as easily.
