Reviews of Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek

I was given a room on the 3rd floor with only a half-height window facing air conditioning units. When I asked to change rooms, I was told none were available.

Comprehensive services, great location in town center, close to all tourist sponts, and convenient shopping.

The room was clean and tidy.

We arrived at the hotel a little late. There are only 2 girls at the front desk. They are not polite, when I asked questions before I checked in, they seem like a little impatient. But the hotel’s location ,environment , and breakfast are perfect. The only thing they need to improve maybe be more polite and patient to foreigners from Asia.

The environment is nice and good.

It was great to be close to Salt Lake Palace.

The location is very convenient, just opposite the venue, and there are large shopping malls nearby, so the basic necessities of life are very convenient. The hotel is also very considerate. You don't have to wait until the afternoon to get a room like hotels in Asia.
