Reviews of Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Downtown

Location is great especially for reaching the salt palace convention centre. The swimming pool has been closed for over a year unfortunately. Check out queue was somewhat long.

Friendly and helpful counter staff.. Strategic location..

Stayed 2 nights. Newly remodeled. Was surprised by how nice the rooms were. Big TV. Had a south east facing room and had a view of snow capped mountains. Clean bright white linens. Towels weren’t as new, but were clean. Everything looks brand new inside. Only thing that looks dated a few years are the doors and bathtub. Spacious room. Great food and drink and the restaurant and bar. Parking was steep ($25/n). Overall great stay and would definitely book here again.

Great stay however for the last day we encounters renovation works that were extremely noisy

It has been more than a month since I returned to the UK, but the hotel deposit has not been fully refunded. No reply to email.

The Jazz home court is right next to it, parking is free, and the overall service is good.

Check-in is too slow, credit card deposit is too slow to be unfrozen

The location and living experience are very good

The hotel is in the city center, within 10 minutes walk from the stream center and Temple Square. However, there is no breakfast in the hotel. Breakfast needs to be ordered on the first floor by yourself, and an extra cup of coffee costs more than 20 dollars. The hotel doesn't even have a bus to the airport, saying that it only picks up employees. I see that other hotels have drop-offs. In addition, remember not to book a room near the vending and ice machine, it will be buzzing at night, which will affect your rest

Great service, ok facilities

The room is clean and newer. The front desk is friendly. There is a Starbucks on the first floor.

The hotel room is very clean and very convenient to go out
