Reviews of Clarion Inn Salt Lake City Airport

The service there are so poor. I booked the extra room through Trip.com. My right wrist was hurts when I forced to open the room door because it was jumped/ tight. The reception/ owner (later we found out from the tour guide) told me to call the tour guide to help us. He came and checked the room with me when I insisted, then he changed the room for us. Look at the photo the seat from new room.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport. The lobby fragrance was a bit strong, and the facilities were somewhat outdated. The receptionist was a young Indian man.
